Will not be back! Food quality was below par. Staff was very attentive, but the restaurant was absolutely dead. There were 2 other patrons in the entire restaurant when I arrived and the end of my meal, there were only five. They only staff issue I encountered was a blonde gentleman with a ponytail, cooking food, he was very rude when there food order was messed up.

If you're looking for a buffet where every dish can be completely different, look no further than Fire+iCE! We went on a Friday night for 7pm and the restaurant was not too crowded. We never had to wait behind others at the grill and our waitress was phenomenal. Her name is escaping me but the waitress brought refills for all of our drinks without us having to ask and she checked on us several times to make sure all of our dishes were satisfactory. Although we were celebrating two birthdays, we chose not to make it known to the restaurant. However, we did enjoy the many additional birthday celebrations that the wait staff celebrated with other patrons with the singing, taking pictures for the groups, and the cooks creating a fire background. We make this a yearly tradition and you should too!

It was sooo good we had it TWICE in ONE DAY! Lunch and Dinner! EXCELLENT both times! Quick meal, Quality Food and the Service was Great! Shoutout to Tiffany (Bartender) who was our server! Awesome time!!!

Went for lunch. Most of the food was good, however... the fish section had some flies around it and the trays were almost empty so couldn't was unable to have any.

this is my 2nd time here and i really do love the place. So many great options to choose from and the service here is outstanding. i highly recommend getting the burger. it's made to perfection and everyone seems to get the burger when they come here so that says a lot! My husband LOVES the burgers and that is the only reason he went lol although the does love everything else but the burgers are his favorite. He had two burgers that night haha. Such a great place definitely a vibe!

Cool concept that beforehand I did t know about. You gather your ingredients, protein, veggies, etc. and they grill it up for you. You add sauces to your liking. All-you-can-eat is nice too, so you can try different things each time. Casual feel and very reasonable. I'd go back.
We really enjoy eating here. The food is fresh and varied to fit all tastes. Our waitstaff person was very nice and helpful, keeping our water glasses full.

This is my second time at Fire + Ice, and it never disappoints. The ability to choose all your ingredients and watch them cook on the round grill is an enjoyable experience. The quality of the ingredients is high, making the meal wonderful.

We were handed menus that were sticky. The food did not look fresh, and quite unappetising. I ended up having just one burger and had to pay $26.99. We had chicken strip appetisers from the menu, they were unedible so they were removed from the bill. Staff were nice and helpful. My advice, unless you want to see the chef cook your pasta on a grill etc. stay in the bar downstairs to eat - the signs don't invite you to do that!
