I had a terrible experience at this Five Guys location due to one of the employees behaving extremely unprofessionally and rudely. The way he was acting,from his disrespectful attitude, careless appearance, and aggressive tone, to the fact that he was using inappropriate language in front of customers… was a complete disgrace and totally unacceptable for someone working in customer service. On top of that, he was handling and cooking food without gloves, which is absolutely unacceptable in any food establishment. When I came to pick up my order, I was told that someone else had already taken it, and instead of taking responsibility or offering to remake my order, the employee became defensive, dismissive, and confrontational. His rude behavior, poor hygiene, and lack of professionalism were shocking. I expected much better from Five Guys… this kind of attitude and disregard for customers should be addressed immediately.

This place is great definitely one of the best burgers for a quick bite it's always delicious and the fries are fresh. I actually watched the female employee walk around with the broom and dustpan and pretend to sweep it was so bizarre like why what are you winning if you don't sweep up the stuff but walk around and pretend to do it the floor was a mess I don't understand why you wouldn't just sweep it up I found that to be like so ridiculous and it makes me wonder like do they clean up or even pay attention to that what's the back room look like for the walk-in freezer refrigerator things like that make me nervous when somebody doesn't take pride in everything they do I mean you're too good to sweep the floor it's kind of ridiculous.

GREAT breakfast, lunch, or dinner, but my only issue is how they don't have meals, just per piece and expensive! I think it blows B-King, Mcdonalds, and evan Wendy's away with the quality and when you add how all 3 major fast food chains hiked there prices only a couple of tics lower than 5Guys its worth an extra 3 or 4 bucks to eat here! Add value meals and you'll put the other 3 out of business seriously!! ;)

It's always the same with this fast food. They wrap the bread in aluminum foil and the bread arrives whole 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️ THEY SHOULD WRAP THE DELIVERY IN PLASTIC PAPER
