I ordered via the website, because I was told this helped out the store however one of my items was missing in my delivery. I was unable to reach the delivery driver so I called the store to request a refund & had the absolute worst customer service and experience. I provided both my name, email and order # but the female manager insisted that I was not in their system. I respelled my name and email multiple times as I was understanding that it might be hard to hear. However she insisted that I wasn’t in her system and would need to come in person. The experience was worse in person, as the staff said it was “free” and tried to wave me off. I insisted that I wanted a receipt or confirmation if there was a refund. Only then did they admit that no refund happened and they offered to remake the missing item.

I will absolutely not be ordering thru Five Guys and I highly encourage better customer experience training. Huge disappointment

Noting, that I am understanding of working in a place that is not your native language but insisting that I come in store and lying about my order are separate issues.

The elderly female employee was very rude and disrespectful. I couldn’t write her name because I didn’t know it.

Their burgers are top of the line. If I want a big burger, Five Guys is my go to. And when they have the BOGO offer, the value goes crazy. And the burgers never miss.

Only critique is I wish the fries were always super crispy. I've gotten the cajun fries maybe 5 times and one time it was crispy and were some of the best cajun fries I've ever had from anywhere my entire life...and the other times they're a bit more soggy, but the taste is there (even when they're made fresh) and they're just fine.

Hello, I am an Uber driver. At the exact time and date this message is being sent, I picked up an order from this store, this branch. After picking up the package, I asked the store manager for permission to use the restroom, but I was told it is “only for customers.” So, I went to the counter, paid $2 for a bottle of water, and only then was I allowed to use the restroom.

Here’s the point I want to make: as Uber drivers, we are the ones responsible for picking up the products this store sells and delivering them safely to customers. In that sense, we are essentially working in partnership with these brands. I can understand if a store does not want random people off the street using their restrooms, since some people leave them dirty. But we Uber drivers already face enough challenges on the job, and when we politely request to use a restroom at the very stores we are helping do business, it should not be an issue.

What this store did is absolutely disgraceful. To say “only customers” can use the restroom makes no sense. Any random customer can walk in, destroy the restroom, and walk out. Meanwhile, I, who came in to support the business by picking up an order, could easily leave it just as clean as I found it.

So I want to address this message directly to the area manager: Sir, I left that $2 bottle of water there for you. Please drink it in my place. If it was you who made this rule—and I’m sure it was—then shame on you. This is a pathetic decision and shows a pathetic perspective. I truly hope that after reading this message, you change this ridiculous mindset. Because people like you, with such disgraceful thinking, are far too common in America today.

America needs people who think with logic, with empathy, and with a broader perspective. So start learning how to empathize and make better decisions. And please, drink the $2 bottle of water I left there for you. If you don’t, then at least give it to someone in need—maybe a homeless person.

I’m a regular customer at Five Guys and usually order quite often. But today I had a really bad experience at this location.

When I went into the store, one of the male staff members was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked to use the restroom, but he refused to let me in because it was locked with a code. I explained that I’m a regular and just ordered food yesterday, but today I only needed to use the restroom. Still, he spoke to me in a cold and disrespectful way, saying things like “That was yesterday, not today.”

What upset me even more was how differently he treated other customers. He seemed to act more friendly toward people who looked like him, but was cold and unfriendly toward others like me. This felt very unfair and made me feel really uncomfortable.

I’ve never experienced anything like this before at Five Guys, and it was very disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

ordered a burger and fries and they forgot the burger. walked a mile back to my apartment before I noticed, so walked the mile back to the store for the burger and the guy at the register blamed the internet. they made the burger but wouldn't remake the fries from 35 minutes and 2 miles ago, so I got a hot late burger and cold on time fries from them.

I ordered online through the Five Guys app, the order was cancelled, so I called the restaurant (as advised in the cancellation email). The restaurant told me I should "call Uber." I called the driver, who told me to "call Doordash." I did not order from Doordash, I ordered from the Five Guys app. The result is that I paid $38, did not get my food, and was treated rudely by Five Guys staff. Use their app at your own peril.

We visited this Five Guys location in the evening, just before its 10 PM closing time. We ordered a hamburger and a cheeseburger, both with a great variety of toppings to choose from, including grilled mushrooms, mayonnaise, ketchup, tomatoes, lettuce, and more. The cheeseburger was as rich and flavorful as ever, making it a fantastic option for customizable burgers.

We also got the signature Five Guys fries, which were delicious and came with a fun touch—a small whiteboard in the store displayed the origin of the potatoes used that day, which happened to be from Idaho. Although we didn’t order drinks this time, it’s worth noting that they’re very affordable, at just over two dollars, with unlimited refills. Overall, Five Guys offers a consistently satisfying fast food experience that never disappoints.

The homemade burgers and generous servings of potato chips are always delicious. I would say that salty peanuts feel like they cleanse your mouth.
