$25 for a dish. You will be closing down faster than you think. So you are looking for six figures $$ customer...🤣🤣😂😂😡😡

I know the real deal Jamaican good from the island directly and this is not it. Not enough flavor for the curry chicken. Rice was too steamy overcooked, no flavor, bland, the gravy from the curry was bland too. Chicken seemed steamed. When you try to cook a lot of food, you lose quality. And stop using spices with MSG. Got me bloated all evening and feeling sick.

I’ve been to multiple flames restaurants and none of them are great. This location forces you to get a medium for oxtail (no small) and they charge $25. It’s better to just save your money and go to a sit down place. The workers are unfriendly and could care less.

They went way up on their food much too fast and it’s not worth it to me I’d rather go to a sit down dining establishment !

I love various types of food. I can go and order several different dishes just to taste. However, I love Ox Tail very much! Always my meal of choice. But paying a large Ox Tail and your plate is still the amount of a small to medium size always. That's unfair. You are better off ordering a small at least you see what you paid for. The food is ok sometimes. I had better when they used to be good. The one near Blue Hill is more convenient for me that is why I go there. But their customer service and people there are so not welcoming and not friendly that I rather not go there. It tastes and feels better when I spend my money where I feel valued.

Yall. I’m confused. Everyone I know loves flames but I have yet to be convinced. Everybody knows the customer service is trash which is honestly fine idrc. But the food better be good. The food, to me, is meh. And I don’t care to put businesses on blast but had the worst tilapia of my life from flames yesterday. Yall I love seafood, any kind of seafood I don’t discriminate. But that tilapia tasted 3 days old. So I was like okay move on the rice and peas. Now someone f-ed up. The rice and peas was SPICY. Not like oh that’s some good heat but like burn ya lips burn ya tongue spicy! Like someone knocked a jar of cayenne in it. The RICE! And yk the cabbage don’t taste like nun. So I paid this stupid amount of money for this plate I had to force myself to eat. I HATE leaving bad reviews but I’m MAD ?
