Lousy bar service. Came in for a drink & some food but decided against ordering food here after being seated maybe 10 min without being acknowledged. I get that you’re busy, but even a simple nod and some eye contact is one way to greet a guest. Rude. Also are you joking with your scant espresso martini… which took way too long and 3 staff members just to make it to my seat 🥴 At least the draft selection is on point. Step up your game, folks!

The team at American Flatbread in Brighton went above and beyond during our Valentine's Day visit. I made a few errors when booking the reservation and they were able to work around both issues. Amazing service, that certainly went above and beyond. Pizza and drinks were delicious too.

I had a terrible experience TRYING to get a reservation for my daughter’s birthday party. After numerous attempts over 4 weeks, via phone and email, to get in touch with the manager she finally called me back in defense mode and told me she could not accommodate our 20 + person party. Maybe if someone called back 4 weeks prior we could’ve been accommodated. Instead we went to Frank Pepe’s and had a great time. So thanks for nothing, Flatbread.
First time there with the family, and it was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food & drinks were awesome, too. Will be back for sure. Thanks to Max & the team for a great afternoon!

Bowling was very fun. Food was meh. We've been to other locations and this location that have been superb but 1 of our pizzas and our salad were completly wrong, the sausage was extremely plain compared to normal. I think they forgot to add the maple & fennel. The pulled pork was also extremely bland. And the service was atrocious. Once our order was taken we didn't see our server for over 30 minutes. Even after the first 2 pizzas arrived, before the salad that was made incorrectly, and then the 3rd pizza that was completely wrong she didn't show up. My uncle, who paid, was not offered any discount and he's too nice to ask. Overall, we will be going to other locations from now on. The final service straw for us was when we had just started to get up and multiple people came and started clearing the table making us feel rushed out even though there were 8+ empty tables around us.
On a positive note, the 4 pizzas that were made correctly without sausage or pulled pork tasted great.

We had my husband’s 40th birthday party here and it went so well - we booked an “event” with a table and two lanes. The unlimited pizza and salad really was unlimited— and it was DELICIOUS (the salad with the mushrooms??? Fabulous). The staff was helpful and professional, letting the party flow. Thank you!!!! I would highly recommend this place for parties.
