Had the best Sunday here. My girl Alex (the bartender) was so lovely and helpful. I’ll come back no question. Food and drinks were perfect.

We went on a Saturday evening. Very busy and was very hard to get in. But the two sweet hostesses squeezed us in downstairs. Everything was great. We had the rigatoni bolognese, chicken parm and the lobster fra diablo. Excellent. Make a point to go to this restaurant when you are in the area.

Food was amazing! We had the gnocchi with oxtail and seafood fettuccine & zucchini flowers. House made gnocchi was fabulous ! Server gave us several recommendations. Great atmosphere. Greeted right away. Food came out sequenced perfectly. Fabulous wine. Best part of experience, aside from food was the service. A genuine aim to please approach and did it. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend!!!

We have eaten at Florentine's several times. The food is always great. This time the whole experience was terrible. We had guests in from out of state and we boasted how much we enjoy Florentine's. The service was terrible. We had reservations at 6 and both specials were already sold out. That's terrible planning by the chef. My wife and I ordered the Caesar salad to be split as did our guests. The server came out with two small bowls and gave them to my wife and I. Our guests did not receive them. The waiter came over and said that the split salads we received were the actual whole salads. Not good. Next when the meals came out only two of us were served. About 4 minutes later a third was served and then finally after another 5 minutes the final meal was served. The food was good but some of the meals were only warm. My wife asked for Parmesan cheese twice and never received it.

The whole experience was great. The service especially stood out. Our server was very friendly, very attentive and was always close. I think we had our drinks within a minute of ordering. I told him I would return because of the bread alone, which was served warm with olive oil. I had the chicken parm which was a masterpiece. I ate every bite . My wife had the eggplant and arugala salad. Side note: This is a great place to hit before a Bruins or Celtics Game. quick Uber to the Garden.

Anna I’m obsessed with you!!! You were so fantastic and personable and fantastic. Absolutely so attentive and great at what she does. What a great hire, make sure to keep her around forever and ensure that she works every shift!!!! The place would not be the same without Anna, let me tell you something. Can’t wait to come back just to see her!

We were on vacation, but if I lived here, this would be my go to date night. Loved the lighting, and the food was delicious. I had lobster ravioli, and my husband had lasagna. We shared a caprese salad. Just a tip, they do not being bread unless you ask, but there still was not a charge.

I ordered a pizza tonight at 7:15 and they told me it would be an hour and 20 minute wait. I went about my night and came back about an hour and a half later to learn that it was closed. They got 23 dollars out of me tonight. They’ll never get 23 dollars out of me again.

10/10 recommend. The atmosphere is so cool and unique. Food was very good. Our waiter was amazing, catered to specific dietary restrictions and answered all of our questions. Upstairs area was super cool as well. I totally understand why the line is out the door!!

A woman threw up all over the floor on the bar and the staff did nothing to clean up/remove her. It was disgusting and a terrible atmosphere/smell to try and ignore. It wasn't even attempted to be cleaned (fairly slow night), she continued to stand in it while I had to flag down a server to just leave the restaurant/get check! I expected better from what seems to be a higher end restaurant in the north end.

Went here for Brunch and it was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had eating out. I ordered the salmon tart and was given the burrata tart. I kindly told the waiter that I didn’t think this was what I had ordered but he told me it absolutely was the salmon tart. For clarification, what I was served had cheese, tomatoes, and a balsamic glaze- none of which is listed on the menu for the salmon tart. If the waiters aren’t going to know the menu, the least they can do is listen to a customer concern.

Food was pretty decent, pricey and a little mid for the price we paid. I ordered the fettuccine positano and while the seafood was pretty good, the sauce was thin, almost watery, and was not very flavorful with the pasta alone. My friend got the Lobster Fra Diavolo and that was pretty fire in comparison, and was significantly more seasoned than my dish. Definitely on the spicier side (as someone that loves spicy food) and was a good-sized portion for $40. Could've been the day and time we went (we had arrived likely around the time the kitchen was closing) but i would recommend this place more for the drinks and bar vibes than actual food.
