Please do not EVER remove the meatball parm sandwich from your menu. it would also be nice to have a better variety of music.

This is my go to for breakfast before work. The staff here is very friendly. The environment is nice and it’s rarely overcrowded. I mostly get their breakfast egg sandwich, but their baked goods are also delicious.

We ordered for delivery and received only half of our order. I called to have the remaining delivered, but was told if have to reorder and pay the delivery fees again. When I said just refund me, I was hung up on. Food was ok, but nothing great.

Food is solid but operationally this place is frustrating. Quite slow for a counter order place even when they’re not very busy. I like their fiery hot chocolate but it’s 50/50 on whether they actually make it that way vs. make it regular, which is irritating given they charge extra for fiery. Just went in on National Cookie day which they hyped with an email and then, by 11:45 am, were already out of every type of cookie but one. I’ll often order ahead for a specific pickup time and sometimes it’ll be ready well beforehand which is not ideal when I’m ordering hot drinks / warm food but can’t come get them yet if I’m still in a meeting. As someone who works down the street and likes to come here frequently for breakfast and/or lunch, the deliciousness of the food keeps me coming back. But it’s getting harder and harder to overlook the many annoyances and slowness of the place. No longer my default food spot until they can do better.

Service was great! Shout out to the barista who informed me that my drink might be too sweet due to the extra syrup I added (on top of what was already in it). She had me taste test it and offered to make me a new one if I didn’t like it. Hope she has the best day.
