Called to place an order for a cake and asked if they could switch the flavor of the frosting and they said the cakes come as is and they couldn't make an exceptions. The cakes are made to order and it's a frosting that they make for another cake, so surely they have all the ingredients. On the website they speak highly on how they want to ensure their customers have a good experience and they are willing to make accommodations to meet the needs of each customer but yet they couldn't grant a simple request!

My son and his girlftiend ordered sticky buns for my brother who is sick and disabled and asks for so little but was looking for these buns. They came through the mail and for this ridiculously high price they could have been wrapped. What a mess. What were they thinking when they shipped them loose in a box?

At its peak, they’re a 5+. This is an example of scale not working in their favor. I love Flour but oh how the mighty have fallen. My coffee was downright bad. Just a brown water beverage that was warm at best. I went for a banana bread which was the best of the rest. Meaning, it was the best looking baked good in the lineup and it also fell short. The smoked chicken sandwich was good. Chicken was great, the bread, ironically, was the least good part I’d the sandwich. Staff was friendly, the place was packed, which is great for them. I don’t want this to be a scathing review; it’s more like, I’ve seen Flour thrive and this isn’t it. It’s also the recent trend in my experience.
