Love Joanne, we met at Harvard Science where I studied for three Fall semesters and won a final Science of Food project.

The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. Great variety, especially the rolls and coffee were excellent. The staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly. Overall, a very pleasant experience – 4 out of 5 stars.

We had the honey coffee and cream pie. They were not too bad. And the cream pie tasted exactly like Napolitan cake.

I went in there to pick up a uber eats order. This is my second time being there for an order so I know where I am supposed to stand to do so from previously being there. A man walks in and walks over to where the actual orders are and starts to touch the order that was behind the counter. I stated in position and did not move. When the young but rude lady that was assisting him and I looked at me already irritated by the man ahead of me looks at me showing her the order I was there for she proceeds to snap at me for showing her the name of my order. I then return with a “he cut ahead of me” which she follows back with a well I’m helping him and processed to point to a sign that has directions that the man did not follow. I grabbed the order leave and call the manager because it was rude it was mean it was unnecessary the the way she handled that situation and me for no reason. I didn’t come in there being rude, in fact I didn’t say anything at all, I waited my turn and when I spoke to the manager and hung up I get a negative review 10 seconds later . Absolutely unfair and I will be sending this off to the BBBand uber and this review multiple times if I have to .

the cashier and the workers are so friendly and hard working!
Have been to several Flour locations, including this one, when visiting from out of town. But this is perhaps the first time I’d stopped to dine in-store, to rest a bit and enjoy a slice of Apple pie on a late Friday afternoon. Overheard behind me some staff interacting with each other and with customers, including the lady who served me encouraging a more junior staff member when she wasn’t sure about herself. Made me think, no wonder the atmosphere here is so inviting. It confirmed what a lot of the reviews say here about the warm and welcoming customer service. Food was tasty too. Glad to see Flour hasn’t slipped in quality since 5-10 years ago.

A decent variety in breakfast options, also outside of the menu. Large amount of sweet options, less variety of ‘healthy’ bread.

An exceptional sandwich and dessert eatery. I particularly enjoyed a chicken salad sandwich while my wife enjoyed a slice of Boston Cream Pie. (I helped. 😁)
The staff was both helpful and friendly
Prices were quite reasonable.

Not celiac safe. Gluten free items in the same case. All shared areas and tongs. Took one look at the setting and left.

I came in for a pastry and tea. I got a cookie and asked the order taker if they still had pots of tea and he said they didn't. I got my mug and cookie and sat. Several minutes later the gentleman came out with a pot of tea for me! Thank you!
