Super nice employees & quick service. Great food & drinks, like the other locations. Big fan of the breakfast sandwich.
Tastiest midnight chocolate cake and good cappuccino ☕️

I placed an order for an 11:30 pick up and ended up finally getting my sandwich at 12:00. So disappointing!

I had a frustrating experience at Flour Bakery while ordering a latte. Despite saying "latte" clearly, the staff acted like she couldn’t understand me until I pointed to the menu. Then I asked, *"How do you pronounce it?" She said, “Latte." I followed up with, “What is the difference when I said latte?" and she just repeated the same word.
It felt dismissive and unnecessary. I hope the staff can improve their attentiveness and communication to ensure a more respectful experience for all customers.

Tasty food and drink, but far too expensive. 16$ for a BLT sandwich ?👎
Tried different locations, stuff is lovely, everything I had was super tasty, best Chaï latte I had in a while!
The perfect spot for a sweet treat or a lovely lunch. One of several locations. Flour has never disappointed. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The product is exceptional. One of my favorite spots in Boston.

Nice bakery, with a wide range of choice for breakfast, brunch and lunch
We saw this bakery on 'The Best Thing I Ever Ate' on the food network. Plus the owner beat Bobby Flay on his show making her famous sticky buns. There are 3 store in the Boston area. We went to the one on Cambridge around noon. The was a line out the door. We waited about 15 minutes, but we were able to score 4 sticky buns for our group. They were as amazing as described on the TV show. Very buttery soft and gooey. Absolutely delicious. Please Joanne, open your next store in southern California!!!

Delicious sticky bun & latte!! The banana bread & Oreo cookie were alright… as was the Cubano sandwich. The star is the sticky bun- definitely try this pastry!!

Service was great but we went specifically for the gluten free desserts and they only ok. We went closer to closing as well so they may have run out but their website mentioned lots of gf desserts and the only one available was chocolate cake which good but not great (they’re also a chain so I know options can be limited by location). Probably worth trying if you can get non-gf options.
