The cookie sandwiches are out of control good. It was hard to choose but I’m glad I can’t get here easily or often because I would want to eat one every day. There was a small food tour in the day I went by, and I asked if it was a vegan food tour. It wasn’t; the ice cream is just so good that self-declared Omni “foodies” want it too!
One of the best ice cream ever had!
Ice cream was interesting but incredibly sweet and tastes a lot like coconut. One of the priciest ice cream spots Ive certainly had in Boston.
Excellent vegan ice cream! Better than traditional ice cream in my opinion! I got the cold brew coffee and my husband got chocolate pudding! Both delicious!
The two workers there on 5/31 were super nice. Definitely ask for a sample if you don’t know what you want. I should note that everything is dairy free which was awesome to hear!
I got the birthday cake ice cream which was delicious and also a 7 layer bar which was soooooo good and also gluten free. Definitely coming back soon!
Great service, knowledgeable about food allergies. Yummy ice cream!
Cookie Monsta was buns and misleading
I loved the vegan ice cream!
This place was actually recommended to me by a non veg friend as his fave ice cream in Boston. It does not disappoint. The entire menu is vegan - they have chocolate syrup, a ton of cones, and over a dozen flavors. Also sundaes/frappes. My go to ice cream place in Boston. I crave their George Howell coffee flavor in a chocolate cone like once a week at a minimum!
Coconut milk ice cream was really great tasting but it was a little too soft for a cookie sandwich. I will go back again. Very helpful employee explained the allergen legend on the board.

Just like a regular ice cream shop, but happens to be vegan! The ice cream is just as sweet as Van Leeuwen, I’d say (so pretty sweet). I saw a review saying it tasted like there were bits of ice chips in the ice cream, but I didn’t get that at all… you can sample as many flavors as you like, too! They also sell vegan toppings to-go like hot fudge which was really cool! And they have a vegan ice cream cookbook for sale, and sell ice cream makers so, if you’re traveling to Boston like me, you still have potential to enjoy it at home too (with a bit more effort and commitment lol, and their cookbook is available on Amazon so if I ever get an ice cream maker, I’ll look into the cookbook haha).
Not a fan unfortunately, even my kid (who loves ice cream) didn't enjoy it.

I was soooooo excited to try this place out! My partner and I came in for an evening snack after up from LI NY. We aren’t vegan, but I need to eat fully dairy-free for health reasons. There aren’t really many fully plant-based bakeries/scoop shops like this where we live so this was such a treat. We both got hot cocoa (since it was a cold night!), and got a small cup of grasshopper and apple cider donut ice cream. Everything was so good – I’m missing it now… the ice cream had such a soft, almost stretchy texture (hard to describe? but it’s an attribute of dairy ice cream as well) which was so delicious.
Dietary restrictions: Allergens are listed on the menu (soy, gluten, etc).

Just 2 hours ago, the worker was quite rude and impatient when I was trying to look through the items. I expected a calmer worker who would allow me to take my time in choosing an item as a new customer. I was looking forward to trying the selection you have, but hopefully this company will expand to more states and hire kind, friendly, and patient employees

The ice cream is always good but I wish they’d stop hiring people who act like you’re inconveniencing them just by walking in the door. I’ve been to this and the Fenway location multiple times and the service has never been particularly friendly, but felt especially cold today. There are other plant based options in the city to try.
