Great place, phenomenal food, generous portions. My dish was a lot prettier before I sank my fork into it, lol! My hubby pretty well demolished his bbq chicken (which he says is the best he’s had in years), mac n cheese, and collards before I could snap a good photo. Thank you for awesome conversation, and all the yum ?
I would of gave 5 stars because the food is great and clean! but Only reason i give 3 stars is because on two occasions that i have called the Same person a male not only lied about not having certain items available and when calling me thru grub hub was ghetto and rude that was the fisrt time...on a second time tried to give it another chance i was tired frm work hungry diabetic and pregnant i was craving for soul food this was a différent month i called and same male answers...
Yummy food! I highly recommend Food For The Soul. My family and I had a delicious lunch. This restaurant is not far from Franklin Park Zoo, so go to the zoo and then head over for a good meal!
