This place used to be AMAZING. Got the house fried rice last nice absolutely FLAVORLESS, Tiny shrimp barely any other meat and immediately after...the runs. This place is NOT what it used to be

Food has no seasoning

Pork fried rice tasted as if frozen and reheated in a microwave. Sweet and spicy
chicken had no flavor. Will not order again.

非常好吃！ I love this place, I am vegetarian so I love to order their hot sour soup, eggplant with garlic sauce, black mushroom & bamboo shoots, and fried rice. I highly recommend! Very flavorful and always hits the spot.

I was cautious with this place looking at reviews, but I figured I would give it a chance. I'm glad I did, good food and a good quantity. I will be back if in the area again. Loved the rangoons.

I used DoorDash. You created the absolute best vegetarian MooShi, but I would have liked more hoysen sauce. The scallion pancakes were great, but again I needed more sauce and the steamed ravioli--more sauce and some sweet and sour. I tried to find your restaurant today, but was unlucky. Your food makes being a vegetarian an absolute delicious joy!!! thanks!

YUM-AAYZING! This review spans 26 years! Over the years food wall has gone up and down ... possibly ownership changes? For the past 5 I'd say, it's gotten better and better ! The food quality has improved, with the meat content generally up from a deep low back about 10 years. The counter service has dramatically improved from the darkest depths of rude ( as if rude was THE 1st hiring criteria) to soo much sweeter! The prices have always been about 20% lower than similar comps. Their primary driver, who has been there for at least 15 years, is also super nice, makes you feel like you're his friend in a few seconds! Usually they're soo FAST , that have to scramble quickly to find my wallet! If I walk there to pick up, they'll always say '10 minutes' & it's always less time!! My only complaint is they keep taking out more and more standing eat-in counter space with their massive jumble of storage boxes that fills the teeney tiny entry area. It'd be awesome if they could bring back standing eat in space that doesn't feel like the back receiving room. Though I'll say I appreciate that they removed a painted on the glass name & number right at the 5-6 eye blocking the view out to Hyde square. In short, 1 of my top choices for JP food. True confession, I'm not a 'foodie' so my unsophisticated palate is not the prime 'tool'. If you're fussy, who knows if you'll be pleased , since some people never like anything. In my opinion, it's very tasty for super fast, super low priced fast food that excels in its category which is not trying to be zagat rated!

Food wall is the best place. I love to order here . Portions are good and price is good . Their crab raggoon is the best of the best!I always do grubhub, they deliver my food with car and it’s fresh . Keep it up .

Placed a walk-in order last night for a general tso’s tofu with vegetable fried rice and when I got home I realised I’d gotten the wrong food: chicken and pork fried rice. I promptly called the restaurant to let them know and offered to bring the mistaken order back and the man at the counter remembered me and said the kitchen must have made a mistake and there would be no need to bring the mistaken order back. He offered to either refund the order or have it remade, and I let him know I’d be over shortly to pick up the correct meal. When I got there, he apologised and handed me the correct order. Very good service near closing time. Very good response to an honest mistake, which happens at every restaurant. Highly recommend.

Food Wall has been in my life since 2002 & for very good reason. Their food is delicious! Albeit, through the years there have been times when they may have gotten some details of our order completely wrong (ordered steam vegetable dumplings & received fried meat dumplings) or even had ingredients that were a tad bit stale or over cooked, but considering we've ordered from them once a month for over 20+ years, they still deserve 5 stars in our opinion.Highly recommend their Wonton Soup, Moo Goo Gai Pan, Chicken w/ Broccoli, Bean Curd w/ Vegetables, & Sesame Chicken dishes. Oh! Their Egg Rolls are incredibly delicious!!! Those are our favorites of theirs & order them constantly.

I came by to take my order , there a couple came in ask about pu pu for 1 , it said on the website and menu, it said 4 carbs 4 wings 2 egg roll .. like bunch of stuff. But for me I know different for 1 and for 2. Those are for 2 , I’m pretty sure other people who come buy food all know what’s different. They probably just come by and give hard time to the worker. Feel bad for them have to deal all different kinds of customers. I am support food wall. I been eating their restaurant for long long time. I pray you guys don’t get scam customers!

I used to love this place but it has fallen so hard the past year. I ordered food last night and they forgot to include my crab rangoons which I was looking forward to the most. I got a refund but when you are eating half the meal you were looking forward to and still had to pay delivery fees and a tip, it sucks.Like a lot of spots, prices have gone up while quality and portion sizes have gone down. I remember when cheap greasy America Chinese food was cheap. I ended up spending $50 for two people.Very sad. I hope they turn around soon but I’m going to visit other spots now.
