It was worth trying. The Porchetta Papi was very fresh. The meat was salty but balanced. The arugula gave it a fresh taste. 5 out of 5Pigs Gone Wild was a little bland. I mostly tasted the roasted pork which was tender but couldn’t taste the slaw, aioli, salsa verde or chili. The bread was fresh and fluffy. Wouldn’t order this again. 3 out of 5Got Surface Tension, Nantucket Gatorade, Peteys Pain Killer. Nantucket Gatorade was the best. They were fine but forgettable. We did show up closer to dinner time and the menu had changed. Sadly we didn’t get to try one of the sandwich’s we originally wanted to try.The atmosphere and staff were great. That would bring people back. They also have a cute market to buy beer and wine to go.

Tad strange that after sitting at bar, 3 ppl who were seated next to us (arriving 15 min after us) were served drinks immediately. Decided to quietly leave the restaurant without causing any stir.

I can't believe I haven't written a review yet. This is one of the hidden gems of Boston. All of their events are amazing. All of their staff are welcoming and friendly, and they really care about the neighborhood. This is my go to place for a drink after work.

Just when you think things can't get any better.... We find ourselves on the Cisco Brewery duck boat during the St. Patrick's Day Parade yesterday. Perfect day, perfect people everywhere and we are all spreading the love and feeling the energy. After a few good hours on the boat- a man, a fresh man, out of nowhere shows up with a giant bag of FRESH Boston Sandwiches. Capones all around! Thank for the delivery!

Food is way over priced and the chef doesn’t wear gloves. Would be nice to order without employees hounding me.

I've ordered from here about 8 times now and feel a review is warranted. Sandwiches are always outstanding. Large, with super fresh ingredients. The CBR Pita and Cubano are great. Friendly staff and never have to wait long.

Usually don't write reviews but was inclined to do so after trying Fresh in Southie. Good sandwich at best but not worth the price. Tried the Capone which is Fresh's version of an Italian. Maybe would give it a 6/10 comparing it to other Italians across the city.Would much rather walk down to American Provisions for a better artsy Italian or Rondo's for a larger sandwich while saving a few dollars at either location. $18 for an Italian on the smaller side and $16 for a Grilled Cheese is way overpriced.Staff was exceptional and store had a cool set up.
