I've bought on this Hispanic store a couple of times but the lack of transparency on the prices of products is concerning. I suggest to ask only the OWNER, NOONE ELSE, about the price of a product when it doesn't have a price tag. They should stick a price tag on each shelf so customers will know how much an item is. Don't get fooled by the owner who is a "smarty-pants" lady because she will find a way to overcharge you if you don't ask. Remember to ALWAYS, ALWAYS ask for the price, otherwise you'll be paying more for a product at this store.

It's a real deal Peruvian market. We found this place whilst living in Eastie, but still come back monthly to stock up on foods, teas, and seasonings. I also enjoy their ice cream!

I don't like the place because it is very small and when it is busy it is busy and other wise love the shaved ice and the ice cream and the pieces of fruit that are delicious

If the owner's attitude does not change, this Peruvian winery, even if it is the only one in the area, is not worth visiting, I hope she reads these opinions.

Great variety of peruvian products! They had everything that I was looking for: alfajores, budin, chicha morada, turrones and much more. A very small store, but packed with a lot of great stuff.

The opening hours are totally unpredictable, it says they open at 10.00 am but in reality it is not known what time they open, sometimes at 11.00 am sometimes at 12.00 pm. ?

Shaved Ice. It was the reason we went back there. First went there about 5years ago on a trip to Boston. It was so good and we had talked about going back if we ever got back to Boston. Trouble was we didn't know the name of the place, only that we had walked there from the airport thru a park, and that there was a Dunkin' near by. YAY for Google maps! It took a while but we found it and walked the mile and a half to get there...it IS that good. And reasonably priced.
