THE BEST!

Salam Tesfaye

FroyoWorld in Allston is exactly the kind of spot you wander into on a sunny day and end up staying longer than planned. The self-serve setup is a choose-your-own-adventure for dessert lovers—16 rotating flavors and a topping bar that’s basically a dream come true (hello, mochi, crushed Oreos, and fresh mango all in one cup).

What really makes FroyoWorld stand out is how inclusive it is. Whether you're dairy-free, watching sugar, or just want something light, there’s something for everyone. The space is clean, colorful, and perfect for casual hangs with friends, post-dinner cravings, or even a solo treat-yourself moment.

Pro tip: layer your froyo and toppings—don’t just pile everything on top. That way, you get a little bit of magic in every bite.

Got the original tart with some fruit toppings. The strawberry was passable, but not that good. Mango was good. Lychee was perfect.

Also tried the nutela and mango tart. Nutela was alright. Mango tart was good. Tried all the boba toppings, and the only good one is the lychee one. The rest are not good. The inside of the boba is just thick artificial tasting syrup.

Best frozen yoghurt I've ever had! The choices are delightfully yummy, the place is clean and cute, and the staff is super friendly. The Thai ice tea flavor was my favorite. Highly recommend it!!

Pretty cute place. Lots of options in terms of garnishes and a good variety of frozen yoghurts available. It's self-serve until the check out and you pay by weight. Personally felt like the frozen yoghurts were artificially-flavored and they were quite sweet for me. Still enjoyed it since I like frozen fruits/sorbet. It just wasn't my favorite type. A nice place to hang out and chat though.

Froyo is yummy, with a nice choice of sweet and tart flavors. The tart lychee flavor was the best. Loved the fresh strawberries, pomegranate and blueberry toppings, too.

The shop doesn't offer boba tea, but is on the same block with several cool tea shops.

Love the self-serve froyo options and toppings! Came here twice!! There are alot of topping varieties from mochi, cheesecake bites, popping boba, chocolates, oreo pieces, etc. Love the original tart ?, oreo ? and strawberry ? flavors!

Don’t order delivery from here. They take a pint of yogurt, let it melt, then stick it in a freezer and what you get is as hard as a hockey puck and fills half the container. It’s not a one off, I’ve run the experiment now more times than I should have. Don’t waste your money if you are ordering delivery.
