I ordered chicken fried rice, and while the quantity seemed reasonable, the smell and the way it was cooked were terrible. I informed the staff, but they insisted that this is how they prepare their rice. As someone who eats rice regularly, I could tell it was overcooked and burnt — it even had a blackened appearance. I had to return the food, and only after speaking with the manager did they agree to refund me. Very disappointing experience.

The best ramen I’ve ever eaten!

Very far walk (about 20 min from C terminal) to TERMINAL E but this is my favorite place to eat at Boston Airport! Premade boba is decent and the boba is not glutinous flour, but rather jelly-like. I savored the pork dry ramen. The waiter was right that one bowl is filling!

Got the chicken ramen. The broth had little flavor and the chicken was pretty pink so I'm worried it was undercooked. Staff was friendly but inattentive. View was really nice though!

I got the to-go veggie sushi ($11) which was supposed to have avocado, cucumber, carrots and seaweed. It only had avocado and seaweed. I was extremely hungry on a long layover so at least it was something at the moment.

Just ok. For airport food, not the worst I've had, but nothing exemplary. The chicken in the ramen was the worst offender; it was mostly gristle and fat. Ramen itself was average, but without the chicken (which I couldn't stomach) it certainly wasn't worth $20.

The AI radio station playing in the background was pretty awful tho.

Very disappointed and confused on how it was 7:55 pm and they were closing. I sat for about 5 minutes and realized no one was serving me so I had to get up and ask for a menu to be told they are closed. This restaurant doesn’t close until 10pm and I get about the deep clean but aren’t you supposed to do that after hours??

The service was horrible. My mother and I initially when we got there we asked if we are supposed to order ahead or sit down. The lady said someone would come to us if we sat down. We waited 6 minutes and no one came. At that point I went to the front and asked if we should just order at the register. I was told by the server that she did not know we were there. We got our food and afterward, AGAIN I had to go up there to ask for our check. Due to the lack of service, we did not tip the workers.

The ramen is not worth the $20. The takeout chicken is more worth the money. The ramen is pretty much almost clear broth with barely any flavor, canned vegetables, and the ginger in the ramen makes you regret eating it. Everyone was nice though. It is what is at an airport.

It’s the airport so it’s expensive. The roll was really good and the staff very nice and accommodating. I’ll def go back!

This review is for the Gachi at terminal C at Logan airport. Went there before my flight to get a bite. Cashier told me to seat myself. I sat at window, ordered a Pinot and crispy chicken rice bowl. Wine was brought in a dirty glass with a pink piece of foil floating around the bottom of the glass. Waitress replaced the glass of wine. Waited about twenty minutes and inquired about my food as I saw several parties come in after me get their food. The waitress told me that they didn’t get my order. Person who took my order refused to look my way. Other waitress said my order must have gotten lost and she’d put my order in. I told her I had a flight to catch. She said she’d pack it to go. I told I didn’t have time. She brought me the check for the wine and I told her they shouldn’t charge me for it. She just stood there looking perplexed
on why. If I had time to speak to a manager, I would have. As I left, the guy who sat me and took my order still wouldn’t look at me.
Never again!!!

A Shining Light in a Terrible Travel Nightmare!

After JetBlue delayed my holiday July 4th flight for hours, I was exhausted and hangry—until I stumbled upon this gem of a Japanese spot in Logan Airport. Despite the airport’s chaos, this restaurant was open late, serving fresh, delicious onigiri and boba that saved my sanity!

Yes, airport prices are steep (as expected), but every bite was worth it. The flavors were amazing, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, even during the holiday rush. Their hospitality turned my awful travel day into something memorable (in a good way!).

If you’re stranded at Logan, skip the fast food and treat yourself here—you won’t regret it. Thank you for being the highlight of my July 4th!

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Amazing Sushi at Logan Airport!**

I’m so grateful to have found this gem in Boston Logan Airport! As a sushi lover, I was thrilled to enjoy my favorite food early in the morning before my flight. The sushi was freshly made when I ordered—absolutely delicious and far better than typical airport food.

Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but that’s expected given the airport location, and the quality totally justifies it. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, which is perfect for travelers on the go.

If you’re passing through Logan and craving authentic, fresh Japanese food, this is the place to go! Highly recommend! 🍣✈️
