Everything could improve. Service was kinda surly. Poor signage and no idea it was cash only until I'd already ordered. Other cash only spots in the neighborhood are more up-front.

Gelato was more an ice-crystal-fest than properly done gelato. It's not even the best place on the block, let alone in the neighborhood. Waste of time and money.

First time visiting. Feels really wonderful inside with all the coffee/tea/gelato options. What stole the show were the 30+ tiramisu options there were inside the shop. I ordered the cheesecake tiramisu. However, I was disappointed in the flavor of my tiramisu & it did not level up. My tiramisu tasted mass-produced and just like any other tiramisu that you will find at your local grocery store. It was mediocre at best. Next time, this store will not be my first choice to consider for any type of dessert. But I do recommend for first time visitors. Perhaps other first time visitors will agree with my review of the tiramisu.

Wonderful authentic deserts, not your run-of-the-mill Italian style, but truly Italian. The place is cosy too!

We bought eight pieces of tiramisu and were completely dissatisfied with every piece. The cake was saturated in what tasted like water and the only salvageable thing to eat was the topping. It was like eating a sopping wet sponge with no taste. This is not how tiramisu is supposed to taste. We will not be returning to this store anytime soon.

She serve the ice cream I don't have cash she thought it on the garbage on my face... Zero customer service at all

Incredible cannoli. Worth coming back to Boston for. I had the pistachio filling in the chocolate dipped shell.

Not my style of tiramisu. Not creamy, stale frosting on top. Got the salted caramel when I should’ve got myself an uber home.

With dozens of tiramisu choices this place definitely deserves. It’s bragging rights. They have an array of gelato and other sweet treats.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I stopped in and supported this business. Quite possibly some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Bought $14 of gelato for my kids (in cash btw because they don’t take card) and when we sat down to let them eat it we were given a hard time because we had a box from Mike’s pastry. When I questioned this a little bit because I was so shocked I was met with the rudest responses from a young female employee. Guess where I’m not buying gelato from next time!

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Best experience I’ve had in a long time. Couldn’t be happier!
