$9 for small portion for hand pulled noodles.
…. Lamb is add on is $2 extra.
.
The spicy powder with sourness is major turn off. It is not balanced.
.
Even though the hand pulled itself is descent they would put some effort of the contiments and sauce.
Ain’t visiting this place again ever !!

I hated it. But you might like it. Don't expect much service. Dirty tables.

Waiter was on the phone outside the entire time. I had to get everything directly from the cook myself. And if that wasn't weird enough found a piece of metal in my soup. Never going back.

genuinely the worst hand pulled noodles i have ever eaten unfortunately. i decided to check this place out earlier this week due to the good reviews on here, but left very disappointed. i got the cumin lamb hand pulled noodle at regular spice level, and it was about 30% raw carrots, which was strange. the cumin flavor was nearly undetectable, and it was basically not spicy at all. the noodle texture was overly thick and clumpy and not appealing at all. as a chinese person, i have never had a version of this dish that lacked flavor before. on top of being bland, it was somehow also greasy, but not in a way that added flavor. in order to make this dish slightly more palatable i tried to ask for some chili oil, but then the staff informed me it would be an extra $2-3, which i have never experienced at a hand pulled noodle restaurant before. sadly, as much as i hate food waste, i was unable to finish my noodles.
sad cause cumin lamb hand pulled noodles is one of my favorite foods of all time, and this is a far cry from what i have known this to taste like. if you’re also chinese and hoping for authentic food, this is not the place to go at all.

Did they sell this place? The original owners/workers aren’t here anymore and the taste/quality has changed.

The restaurant is called Flatbread, but don’t get it confused—it’s actually a flat noodle house, not a pizza spot. Prices are fantastic, with the basic noodle dishes starting under $9 and offering generous portions.
I tried the Hot & Sour Hand-Pulled Noodle Soup, and it didn’t disappoint. The portion was solid, with plenty of flavorful marinated tender pork. The noodles themselves were thick, wide, and had an almost gummy chewiness that kept me hooked with every bite. The broth could use a bit more punch—maybe more saltiness and garlic for depth—but overall, it was still very enjoyable, especially at this price point.
It’s set up more like an express-style restaurant, but you can still dine in comfortably. I can definitely see myself coming back here when the weather gets cold!

Really disappointing.
Food: the hand pulled lamb noodles were too thick and thus lukewarm and undercooked, the sauce had no flavor (salt or spice), and they put way too much raw carrots and bean sprouts on top. I’ve had the real version of this dish before and this feels like a high school cafeteria imitation of it.
Service: cashier was nice, but when I asked for a refund after one bite, their boss (on the phone) refused to 1) offer a refund or 2) exchange the item for something else. This is just bad customer service.
Atmosphere: this is an established company judging from the age of these reviews. They shouldn’t be creating “temporary” order counters using 4 separate tables and taped signs.

Fantastic, fresh noodles made to order. Great price. Very limited seating - something like 5 tables. We stop here regularly when visiting Chinatown.

The food is good and I always enjoy the hand pulled noodles. However, this place is very hot in summer and even though they have an A/C, they won’t turn it on even when it’s hot inside. Unfortunately, my friend’s wife almost fainted in the store because of how hot it was and the staff did not do anything to help.
