Unfortunately the service was really poor. The woman behind the counter screamed at me, but then forgot to call my name when my coffee was ready. Definitely not worth the 20% tip I gave… Hope you will improve the service because the coffee is good!

Got 2 peppermint mocha lattes from the Boston Public Market location. Staff was very friendly but not sure if it was the aroma of the environment but my coffee tasted like fish/seafood. Thought that maybe it was the paper cup so I took the lid off to pour into a different cup only to find so many coffee grounds in my cup. Did not finish the coffee, waste of 7 dollars.

the coffee is nice but not good for seating. the smell of other foods dominate the coffee and they only have plastic cups. If you have your own cup, it is good. otherwise not the best one.

Fantastic coffee shop! Drinks are delicious as are the beans to take home. Drinks were prepared quickly and there was very little line at the time we went.

The iced vanilla lattes here are so good. They’re pricey but worth it for a treat. I think the use of Crescent Farm milk makes it taste so good because I tried the same thing at another GH location and disliked it. I highly recommend this location!

I mainly came here to get their coffee beans because I heard good recommendation from others. Most of the beans I wanted for drip coffee were in stock (Dota and Kanzu 👌) so I was content. I tried their latte but it was ok. I think since this location is located in a hustling market, maybe everyone felt rushed. But if you like this brand and you know what you want, it’s still a nice quick stop. Quincy market is nearby so there are definitely lots of visitors.

Lovely indy coffee joint, some brilliant roasts available and staff extremely knowledgeable when this coffee snob couldn't decide what he wanted to drink!

Prices of higher end beans reflect the market, so don't go expecting a cut price cup of Joe... You're paying for quality.

So far, the best Americano I’ve had in Boston.

Expensive drinks for the barista to be putting 70-90% effort and giving a drink not made to perfection. The cashier was nice though.

Was pleasantly surprised by the matcha here. I don’t usually get anything in the public market, but I will have to get a matcha the next time im around.

I asked if they had soy milk…the barista said yes, I ordered a soy milk latte & 100% just got an $8 oat milk latte 😀

An excellent coffee!! First of all, it was roasted properly, and not the partially roasted junk you get at so many places these days. Full. City. Roast. And the coffee was brewed to just about perfect strength, not weak, so the result was absolutely divine! I swear angels were singing! Thank you, George Howell, for your awesome attention to quality and detail!!

LOVE their London fog. They use orange peel, vanilla, and rose. If you pop by a George Howell and they have it on the menu, try it out!!. Not all the locations have it (for example, you can’t get it at the airport). I recommend trying it hot and make it a large because you’ll love it.
