Beware, we were 2 families and we all got food poisoning by eating their cheese pizza. Avoid and pack your lunch before visiting the zoo. I don’t even understand how such a poor establishment can be opened.

The only place to grab a bite in the zoo. The quality of the food is below standard and the price is well above standard. No other alternative

We ordered 2 cheeseburgers ($10 each). It was a frozen cheeseburger which was heated up with microwave. The burger was just a dry bread, a slice of cheese and the meat. They were the worst cheeseburgers we have ever had! What a shame.Bring your own food people.

Our food was sub par. Vegan burger not tasty. The fish from the fish n chips was meh. The fries were stale. And the Buffalo cauliflower had no real buffalo sauce….This was a bad experience & would highly recommend they revamp their menu items.

It’s over priced and very little seating inside or out . You can order inside or outside …. Inside has the premade salads and snacks .

Over price food. They take advantage of customers by selling chips up to 4$ when they are usually 1$

Like any food vendor I expected the prices to be a bit much. I ordered a hot dog and eventually returned for an ice cream sandwich. In general the food was alright. Really I was just looking for a small lunch and this provided that.

The food is good and affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoy your stay at the Zoo and Giddy up Grill.

Horrible food lol If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely eat lunch before coming to the zoo. Nothing is made fresh to order. Chicken fingers were so dried out being under the heat lamp that the chicken tender literally feel out of the dried up breading. The fries were floppy and old. The hotdog was dried up and the bun was stale ?? I literally can't help but to laugh because of how disgusting it was. $11 for 3 chicken fingers and fries and $6 for a dried up stale hot dog.. insane. Lol also the ice cream machine is broken ?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will never step foot in this "restaurant " again. The staff was mocking me and the manager who was on joined in on making fun of me. Let me add- its because I was asking for a straw and lid for my cup. They were extremely rude with zero customer service from the second I entered.
