I cannot believe it took me a year to try this place!! If you’re looking for a casual, yummy, take-out lunch, definitely give this place a go! Over the past month, I’ve tried the chicken teriyaki bowl and multiple sushi rolls. Everything is so delicious, so reasonably priced, and always ready to go within just a few minutes of ordering. The portion sizes are large and reasonable for what they cost, and the service is very quick and friendly. This has definitely become one of my staple lunch spots in the area!

I ordered the spicy tuna which didn't have any spices and it may have had the substitute the mango for pineapple and also they substituted the tuna for crab but none of that matters because it was delicious regardless even with substitutions I'm definitely going to buy this again it got four stars but I would have gave it five if not for somebody substitutions

I only ordered a boba tea but they continued to take and make the orders of everyone behind me for 20 minutes before starting to make my drink. The drink itself was decent, not worth $6.50 for a small.

Simply the worst crab rangoon I've tried in life. Their rice has absolutely no salt and it's too overcooked. Edit: responding to your answer - I order Japanese takeout almost everyday, but this was the first and last time I'll be ordering from you guys. The food absolutely sucks.

Got the shrimp bento and it was yummy! They'd swapped the ginger salad for steamed veggies without telling me however (thankfully I like both). They should let people know if they have to substitute something in your meal.
Pricing is pretty decent here.
Inside is just okay and basic, more of a takeout than dine in place.
Customer service has falling off here very quickly, the lady in front always has an attitude all the time and it’s not the same welcoming feel like it was when they first opened. ??

I order lunch from Gifu multiple times a week as I work right next door and it's convenient. The food is decent and is always ready quickly. Unfortunately after today's experience I won't be returning. I was told that unless I showed a form of ID, I would not be able to take my food, which was ready and waiting. The woman at the counter took my food out of my hands and returned it to the counter. This experience was incredibly frustrating and has just lost them the service of myself and my staff who frequent this location. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
