12.24.24 who ever was working at 5:00pm was the most unpleasant service I have ever experienced. We ordered our drinks with aloe and gave us the black tapioca pearls, when I told him that we ordered them with aloe he answered that he didn’t have any and that he had everything else except that. I asked him if he could at least replace them with the white pearls, he asked me three time if I wanted to replace them to which I kept answering yes. When he finally obliged to preform the task he only changed one of the two teas that I have ordered. I have always had a good experience with buying boba tea from Gong Cha, but this was not it.

the bubble tea here was really good! the have lots of options to chose from. the bobas are the perfect size and well done, the mango popping bubbles are very yummy as well, not too sweet. The service was really nice and soo unbelievable fast. you can also see your order being prepared which is a plus. they also have a nice seating area. we liked it a lot and will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

The tea itself was good, and the tapioca wasn't too sticky, or old. (For reference, I ordered a brown sugar milk tea, 75% sugar, no ice)
