We ordered three drinks( Thaï Bobba Milk Tea) , and all of them were terrible. The drink was the worst I’ve ever had 🤦🏾♀️ it tasted salty, not sweet or balanced at all. None of us enjoyed it, 🙅🏾♀️and it even gave me a stomachache afterward. Definitely not worth it.😏

Vennesa (I believe that’s how you spell it) and Finn was so sweet, so thoughtful the two work so hard and I appreciate how they care. I went today at around 6-7, and there was a really nice worker working there. The boba was delicious and the worker was really friendly! Highly recommend

A Boba Black Hole -
Tried this place hoping for chewy pearls of joy, but what I got instead was a science experiment gone wrong. The overcooked boba clumped together like stubborn atoms forming a vacuum chamber in my straw — no matter how hard I sipped, nothing moved. It was like trying to drink through a blocked wormhole. Texture? More like gelatinous regret. Flavour? Lost somewhere in the density of those globs. Please recalibrate your tapioca time machine. I actually love GongCha but, sometimes ^

I ordered a matcha milk tea, I usually love matcha drinks, I usually take matcha slushy, this location doesn't have slushies and XL drinks. Which can happen and that's totally fine. I ordered a matcha milk tea, today. At 7.15 PM. it was the worst matcha ever. I lost my intrest in matcha after drinking this. I told the store lady about this. She gave me another drink which is even worst. The matcha powder settled on bottom with water floating on top. Gongcha tea should train their staff well, this can effect their customer base a lot.

I usually love going to Gong Cha—it’s my go-to spot! But my experience at this location was disappointing. I visited around 7:15 PM, and the customer service was extremely poor. The staff member was rude and didn’t even properly take my order. I typically order the Brown Sugar XL, which is available at other Gong Cha locations, but this store didn’t have it. I was okay with that and decided to order a matcha drink instead. However, the drink I received was just matcha powder and milk, barely mixed, and filled with too much ice. It was undrinkable. Very disappointing visit.NEVER VISIT THIS STORE!!!!

12.24.24 who ever was working at 5:00pm was the most unpleasant service I have ever experienced. We ordered our drinks with aloe and gave us the black tapioca pearls, when I told him that we ordered them with aloe he answered that he didn’t have any and that he had everything else except that. I asked him if he could at least replace them with the white pearls, he asked me three time if I wanted to replace them to which I kept answering yes. When he finally obliged to preform the task he only changed one of the two teas that I have ordered. I have always had a good experience with buying boba tea from Gong Cha, but this was not it.

Employee should be fired. Told him we had a soy allergy and he gave us a milk tea with soy milk. He could have out someone in the hospital. Completely inattentive, untrained and oblivious.
