I often visit this Gong Cha because it's run by Vietnamese staff, and honestly, I feel like the drinks here are made better than at other Gong Cha locations. The flavors are well-balanced, not too sweet, and always consistent. It’s become my go-to for milk tea!

Never has enough ingredients for anything and their waffle machine has been out for months. Always quick to dish out empty apologies instead of having the items advertised. Close the store at this point.
Update: The store Still doesn’t have enough ingredients and whenever I put in a pick up order, it gets refunded immediately without explanation. I have to call to know what’s not available like why open the store when you have nothing to sell

I usually get the brown sugar milk tea but I also tried the brulee milk foam today and it was very good. Woman behind the counter is incredibly nice, thank you to her for fixing the mistake with my order

The guys were mad. They didn't put enough ores on my drink!!! One of the guys put his finger in his nose and lick it, he didn't wash his hands after that

A male employee today had a disdainful attitude towards me as a customer. When I asked if there was any milk tea for 5 VND, he said no but it was on the menu. I pointed it out to the male employee and then received an unfriendly attitude. It's a good thing that he received 5 coins from me and didn't look at me but turned away. It's sad that the store has such employees

I was walking by and decided to give it a try! I got the earl gray with 3js (no sugar). Delicious!
The service was super fast by the time I came out of the bathroom it was ready. The staff is friendly and helpful. The space is very clean and bright. I’ll be back.
