Anyone can see that if you don't want to work and are going to rub all the meat in your mouth so that it sticks out, then just leave it alone and let me do it. I could barely control my anger as I watched the tripe being tossed around on the TV. You shouldn't treat people's food like that. It's rude to show a customer that you don't want to work. If you're going to do that, you should go home. Thanks to the friendly male staff, I was able to have a good time.

Parking: We had pork belly kimchi and was good but too sweet for my taste. Not used to paying for a bowl of rice in any Korean restaurant. Fried rice order with pork belly was mixing juice from the dish mixed with plain rice with egg.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I visited on Friday around 12:00 PM, and was welcomed without issue. However, today, despite Google Maps indicating the restaurant closed at 1:00 PM, I arrived at 11:00 PM, only to be told they could not accommodate me because the kitchen had already closed. This is poor management and very frustrating. Clearly, there is a lack of consistency in their operating hours and customer service. I will not be returning.

We tried the assorted intestines BBQ, small size—more than enough. The large intestine dominated, overly oily and hard to enjoy. The stewed intestine dish was even more disappointing. Despite the menu promising small intestines, it was half-filled with large ones, poorly cooked and tough to finish. Overall, the dishes felt heavy and unbalanced. Proceed with caution if you're not a fan of large intestines.

We visited Gochang just a few minutes before it opened. The kimchi pork belly was flavorful, but it became overly salty as the pot continued to boil. The seafood pancake, on the other hand, was excellent, packed with a generous variety of ingredients, making it thick and hearty, rather than just flour-based.

The fried rice is not recommended, it was extremely salty. I could only take one bite.

Overall, not bad. But If there’s a wait of over 30 minutes, I wouldn’t consider it worth it. My suggestion is to arrive early, just before the restaurant opens, to avoid the wait.

I've been here three times now and the food here is really good, otherwise I wouldn't have come so many times. But still a small comment, I would suggest changing the detergent to an odorless one or washing the dishware more often, every time the food is served it is accompanied by the smell of the detergent which becomes more and more noticeable especially when the food is heated up.

Food was meh, and they don't replace broken chair.

While the server was stir frying our food, one of the meat fell off. He immediately threw the piece back into the plate.

Nasty as hell

I ordered a bottle of rice wine(750ml) for myself. No one told me that taking out the wine is illegal until I paid the bill and tips($120+ for two people). The server said it’s common sense. Excuse me? How would you personally take this as ‘common sense’ and never inform the customers? This is fraud!

Here in the picture, the sixth row is our name. We stood at the entrance of this restaurant for 40 minutes. And we have been told that we are the next. But the restaurant SKIPPED us and let other 2 people parties get seated before us. NO CALL, JUST SKIPPED US directly. We just watched other people get seated, knowing that we should be in front of them. This is DISRESPECTING our time!! What kind of discrimination is this????
The waiter said : oh I didn’t see, my bad.
Why is our name difficult to be seen???
Why are we skipped?
Is it because we are Asian women?

We have waited there for more than half an hour stand near the reception. Unbelievable get discriminated here. He purposely skipped us only because we noticed he asked his friends to jump the line. He tried to cover it by saying he called us and did not notice us. I hope his lies will make him a failure in his life.

Host quoted us a wait time of 20 minutes. We waited and waited and finally an HOUR had passed before we were finally seated.

Afterward, we poured a cup of water to find a piece of plastic wrap in the water. The server apologized and got us a new jug and cup. The new cup had a red pepper flake stuck to the inside. We left without eating.

I don’t know what kind of business they’re running here if they can’t quote proper wait times and can’t practice basic food safety and hygiene.

AVOID this restaurant at all costs. It is not my first time visiting but this time all party had serious diarrhea the next day.

The intestine gui has a dish soap smell and lacks flavour and the beef tartare is frozen which you are basically eating crushed ice.

Wish I looked at the recent reviews before I go. Never going back.

Food is not bad BUT!! There is a big problem with cleanliness! A Fly flies around our noses, toilets are dirty, there are cobwebs on the walls, the mirror is also dirty… this is unacceptable.. this is a place where people eat, so it has to be perfectly clean!!! Management put attention on this!
