I just had my visit at Gordon Ramsay Burger, and it was truly the best experience! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Chef Gui absolutely deserves a special shout-out — the food was incredible, was extremely helpful and kind, making the whole experience even better. Great service, and every other server we interacted with was really kind too, amazing food — We’ll definitely be coming back! .Huge compliments to him!

I had high hopes for Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The nachos and burger tasted fake, the chips were stale like something mass-produced with no quality. Overall, the food was far below expectations, especially given the name attached to it. Definitely not worth the price.

Table of 7. Burgers and onion rings were good. Clam chowder and vegan burger were not. Long wait. Appeared understaffed. Server couldn’t answer questions regarding ingredients in mixed drinks. We really looked forward to dining but it was just ok.

I’m genuinely disappointed by our visit to Gordon Ramsay Burger in Boston. We ordered the Hell’s Kitchen Burger, the Backyard Burger, and fried pickles—and what we got should honestly be considered a culinary crime.
The fries were limp, soggy, and sad—like they gave up halfway through being cooked. The burgers? Absolutely drowning in salt. The Hell’s Kitchen Burger in particular was so aggressively salty it felt like punishment, not food. Even the fried pickles were underwhelming and lacked crunch.
I’ve had better burgers and fries in places where you wouldn’t expect anyone to even attempt American fast food. For a restaurant carrying Gordon Ramsay’s name—a man who makes a career out of tearing others apart for serving subpar food—this was beyond disappointing. If he tasted what we were served, I imagine he’d be yelling in the kitchen himself.
And then there’s the price. For what we paid, you’d expect something memorable—in a good way. Instead, we walked away feeling ripped off.
Save your money. There are far better burger joints in Boston that don’t rely on a famous name to justify mediocre food.

Food was great (esp the truffles fries). Derek at the bar made tasty cocktails with the large clear cubes. Even the GM Alondra came over to check on us.
Loved every minute of my experience. My wife and I sat at the bar, ordered drinks and food. The staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic. Higher recommend stopping in or reserving a table. Old fashion was on point and the brunch burger was fantastic.

me and my family went there tonight our, expectations were through the roof and we were super excited. When we received the food was not wow but it wasn’t bad. halfway through my wife finds a huge strand of hair in her burger and it ruins everyone’s else’s dinner. Our server however was a sweetheart and very sympathetic with the situation all being said the review was a 1 because i cannot rate it a 0.

I ordered delivery so I can’t rate service or atmosphere. I will say the French Onion Burger was good but it would have been nice to have an option for a bun without sesame seeds.
For the Hellfire Wings they were wonderful! Wings were a little on the small side but the quality and taste was amazing! I only wish they hadn’t forgotten the blue cheese dressing. I was really looking forward to it and unfortunately didn’t have any on hand. Maybe they will do better next time.
