I was so excited to dine here, hoping for a quality experience. The photo of the monthly special—the fish sandwich—looked amazing, but the reality was completely different. We waited over 20 minutes only to be served a dry, poorly seasoned fish fillet that was far smaller than advertised. The vegetables were also dry and unappetizing. It was a huge letdown and felt more like a low-quality fast-food meal. I left feeling very disappointed.

I honestly had much more expectations from a Gordon Ramsay place. I went there to dinner with my friend a few weeks back. The place is nice and our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and helped us pick our order. For appetizers, we shared the fried pickles and they were so good. As for the burgers, I had the truffle burger and it was so salty to a point where I couldn’t taste anything else. I also had some of the truffle sauce on the side to dip the fries in and the sauce was also so salty. I thought that the issue was with my burger but my friend had a different burger and also had the same comment about it being very salty. Not sure if this is how the burger tastes there or if they had an issue with the seasoning of the meat on that day, but it was a bad experience.

Came with my family for early dinner and it was an amazing experience. Eddie our server was so attentive and knew the menu extremely well. Food and drinks were outstanding and service was 10/10. We will definitely be coming back and requesting Eddie as our server again!!

The restaurant was not busy at all and that should have been an indication of how good the place was. Ordered a hamburger and shake and neither one was good. The bacon on the hamburger was basically raw and the bun falls apart when trying to eat cause it was so soggy. The shake tasted like they poured strawberry hersey syrup, and no real strawberries or whip cream. Both items took over 30 minutes to arrive at table and only a few other customers. There were many dirty tables around us the whole time we were there. Only saw 1 waitress who was not very attentive. If I was Gordon Ramsey I wouldn't put my name on that place
