The atmosphere itself was just personally a nice view, unfortunately you won’t be watching the guy fiery himself on the 10 tvs surrounded by you, let alone feeling like your not really even in his restaurant in general.
My server spoke little to no English, besides “more?”. Did not introduce herself, I had to literally demand a drink and appetizer after waiting 25 minutes for my drink. Then still barely understood anything I was telling her on the menu- what an embarrassment.
I had ordered Mac and cheese bites for the appetizer, personally it was very actually delicious. My boyfriend got the spring rolls, which he said he liked. THE ONLY good thing we got was those appetizers and which we were glad to try the rest after that, unfortunately I had gotten the pasta that actually looked like a pile of dog food but was not horrific tasting, my boyfriend had gotten the Mac & cheese burger & took a few bites and immediately requested our server the second we saw her for the bill. I love guy fieri & this restaurant was genuinely not worth my time. Unfortunately. Best of luck.

Food was great. Considering it wasn't that busy we waited longer than expected for our drinks, otherwise the food was great and made up the difference.

Went here after a show because it was close to the theater. The food was awful. Everything was salty and greasy. It is expensive for very below average food. We got the nacho tower as an appetizer, and it was ok - but not $18 ok. The broiche bread was om the burgers were good but the burgers were not very flavorful- maybe that's why they cover it in salt. Rhe candy apple sangria was not great and a bit water-downed. The pear martini was the only reason this is getting 1 more star. Otherwise, it would be a one star. The service was very slow to acknowledge you, but they were nice when they do and the place is clean and not very loud for a Saturday. I wouldn't recommend.

The bartender was amazing. Very busy bar. She attended to everyone in a timely manner with a constant smile on her face. Great experience 😁

The service was great, but the food and the wine selection (and price) was pretty terrible. I do not recommend the trash can nachos - they're a mess and there is not an even distribution of toppings across the chips because it's all concentrated at the top. I've eaten a lot of nachos in my life, and these rank near the bottom. Also, one glass of wine cost what an entire bottle of the same wine cost in the wine shops. It was not pricey wine, and $13 per glass was outrageous (other restaurants probably would have charged $8 - $9 for this glass). I drank wine by the glass all over Boston that week, and this was the worst list, and worst-priced list I saw.

The environment seemed very sterile and doesn't seem like something that Guy would consider 'hip'. It was easy to get in and out of there because the place was pretty dead for a Sunday. The food was delicious but clearly very bad for you. Can't say I'll be back

Solid experience, I'd skip the garage can nachos next time, but everything was good and we'll prepared.

Blah! Terribly slow service. They basically just offer burgers. We got a nacho appetizer. Bill for 3 was $185 before tip. They screwed up the dessert order. I mean you definitely pay More in the city. Put the meal was mediocre.

We had gone here before without any complaints. But this past Saturday night we brought family and friends. My niece and grand niece ordered salads either chicken. When the received their order the chicken was so burnt that neither of them could eat the salad. All they tasted was burnt. The drinks that were ordered had hardly any alcohol at all. It tasted like punch. Very disappointed and will not be back. This will be followed up with a phone call.

Enjoyed a quick dinner before a show - server took note of our schedule and met it, quick and cheerful. Reservation worked well, seated immediately. Namesake burger very good - also Caesar side salad. Grilled chicken bacon sandwich was good, though rather bland. Good selection of beers & wines, including non-alcoholic.

Parking: Several parking garages in the area - used VPNE at the Ritz, advanced reservation & theatre discount worked very well. it would be better to come by subway.

We have gone here multiple times over the past 3 years and have never had a experience like last night. Waitress was very pleasant but did not understand English. The appetizer was completely wrong and had to be returned. Then the entre came out, both double smash burger meals and they were not edible. Both were extremely burnt and lacked any taste. One of the meals had 1 burnt patty and 1 raw patty in it. After we recieved our entre they again brought out the wrong appetizer. We told the waitress that we didn't want a appetizer anymore. We asked to see the manager on duty and he pretty much blew off our concerns. He did however take half off our bill for a smash burger. It is really unfortunate that you go to a well known restaurant and have service/food served this way. It will be a very long time before we venture back to this restaurant.

Honestly, for the price and food, it's better than 90% of the restaurants in Boston. Service was above average too. No complaint.
