But just about every aspect of fried chicken absolutely failed. First bite is okay with the crisp, but it ends there. As soon as the breading hits your palettes, it has absolutely no seasoning and flavor. So saltiness, no spices, nothing. The buns are absolutely flat. And the main ingredient, the chicken itself wasn't even cooked all the way and I had to pull apart the ligaments. When fried chicken is becoming the latest trend, they are thousand percent abysmal..

I have had their sandwiches before and they were very good. Not sure what happend, there was more dough in the sandwich than the chicken and it was very hard chew into. I am dissapointed and won't be coming back.

I ordered a classic fried chicken sandwich during a busy weekday lunch rush. The service and speed was good, not stellar, not inadequate. Not much to go wrong there. Their stand was presentable and clean as well. However, their product, the chicken sandwich in question. HORRIBLE. The seasoning used gives the chicken a bitter, nasty flavor and my fried chicken piece was still raw in the middle. I took one edge bite, and that was the end of my patronage to this place. Terrible sandwiches, and they also have a bad habit of keeping chicken out at room temp in cross contaminated spaces. They also serially undercook their chicken, it's in many other reviews. Fine business model with a disgusting product.

Had nuggets and fries with my kids. Everyone loved the fries but no one really cared for the nuggests. I think they may have been over cooked. I see some reviews says nuggets are great, others saying they are bad. It makes me think there is not consistency with their cooks

Extremely disappointing, dry, bland, under seasoned chicken nuggets. We threw 3/4 of it away.
I had the shake it nuggz twice. Both times it taste so good. The sauce has a nice little spice to it. Also, the sauce that comes on the side is so good. The French fries were nice and thin. Overall I loved the food. The women taking orders could be more pleasant maybe even learn how to greet people. The location is great in the heart of downtown busy work area. You could also walk from South Station. Some days are busier than others. I’ve gone in two different days. You can also order in advance.

Legit good nuggets. We have a 8 yo nugget tester and passed her quality test with flying colors. Fries were also fresh and crispy, counter lady was smiley and food arrived fast.

I see so many old reviews showing up here first so I feel compelled to make a more recent review (Sep. 2023). I've discovered this place recently as it's near my new workplace and eaten 4 or 5 times. Never had any issue so far with the cook quality; the chicken is always tender, crispy, juicy, and tasty. I prefer the spicy sandwiches; usually get the "KFC". There's not that much charm to a food court installation but the cashiers and cooks get the job done and make good food. The wait can be long if there's a lot of people, which is often the case around lunchtime. It's worth mentioning that aside from the sandwiches, the fries are quite great; it's one of the only places you can get thin cut fries these days and they serve a large portion hot and crispy. Good chicken sandwiches are hard to come by downtown so this has been a nice find for me and I recommend checking it out. A touch pricy but that's what you get in the middle of the city, at least the food quality is great in my experience.
