We ate dinner on the patio. Our server Grave was excellent! Friendly and informative. The food was excellent. The fish was cooked perfectly and the clam chowder was creamy and thick with delicious flavor and no sand.

What a great spot. Stayed for a night before an early flight. Amazing views sitting outside on a beautiful night. Food was very good and service was outstanding.

Great location. Food and service were good but not amazing. We went for breakfast/brunch on Labor Day at 10:15am - important note is that you can't order off breakfast menu past 10:30am - unfortunate because a few members of our party arrived at 10:30am and couldn't order breakfast. Fortunately, the breakfast buffet was open until 11:00am. Standard hotel breakfast buffet.

Good food and ambience, except for Carlos who is selective on whom he serves . Not good to us

The Harborside Grill was a great meeting place to hang before heading to the airport. Nice food. Beautiful view of Boston Skyline. Parking validation. Definite thumbs up!

Had a group of 8 meeting for brunch before some in the group's afternoon flight out of Logan. Honestly, our expectations were not high, but we were thoroughly pleased. I had already known about the incredible view of Boston, but Dee and the rest of the staff were attentive, accommodating and very pleasant. Food was very good and priced reasonably. This is a hidden gem!

Best lobster roll ever, steak was a little tough. Burgers were excellent. Prices a bit high. View of Boston at night from across the harbor was unforgettable.

The food was delicious but service was a little slow but by no means a fault of our server Bill. Constantly attentive and very personable.

Superb meal! The food, cocktails, dessert and service were beyond excellent! You won't be disapponted!

Was a good experience last year but not true this time. Super slow service. Wine list not so great and over priced ( more so than usual for a hotel). Ordered a Manhattan that took forever to come and did not tastes like a Manhattan at all. Hopefully, they will rectify these issues as it was a great place to eat in the past

Great restaurant in the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbour hotel with view of skyline of Boston. You can see the sunset from this restaurant. The restaurant served food with specialty of local like clam chowder and other favorite American fare.

Considering that this is a hotel restaurant, the food is pretty good, but it is pricey. The $49 clam bake is very tasty but the portion is smaller than expected. The clam chowder is good but a little too salty for my liking. We had an excellent breakfast there as well. Don't mind coming back next time we stay at the hotel again.

The hotel front desk man ( forgot to ask his name) was amazingly, and surprisingly helpful. I haven't seen the level of customer service ever. He offered to park my car when he saw me having trouble walking with my crutches and opened the door for our elderly companions and even offered to get our cars back when we left. Thank you for your kindness and hope management are also aware and appreciative.

Came for the clambake, which is an all you can eat for $30. They had the juiciest lobsters, fresh shrimps, claims, potatoes, sausages, and some more. The view is beautiful with the sunset and a DJ setting a chill atmosphere. The service was excellent from Sarah and Andy was a delight to talk to, very knowledgeable. Definitely will be back.
