Amazing staff and rooms, perfect location

Seth Evans

Great experience with a very helpful staff, a nice clean room, great price for the city, and walking distance to so many sites.

Extremely well located hotel. Next to a subway station so one can go from airport to hotel using public transportation. This place is in the middle of everything. We walked all over the city to key attractions all the time. It is also close to many bars, pubs, restaurants, and the iconic North End neighborhood. The inside of the hotel is super modern and well decorated. The rooms are huge and well kept. While we were supposed to have a view to somewhere, that was not the case. I would go with the regular room. Highly recommend this place for first visitors and the experts alike.

This hotel is placed at a very good spot to see Boston. When we checked in the staff was great getting us set up with our room. The room we had was a little small but just right for us since we did not plan being there very much.

We loved our stay at Harborside. Great location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room we had (atrium view) was basic, but comfortable and spotless. Really liked the attached restaurant too. Highly recommended.

Harbourside Inn Boston offers a top-tier experience marked by its excellent location, friendly staff, and upscale vibe. Nestled near the waterfront, it’s perfect for visitors looking to explore the city’s historic sites, dining, and harbor views. The team is warm and accommodating, consistently going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. With its stylish decor, modern amenities, and refined atmosphere, Harbourside strikes a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, it’s a standout choice in Boston.

So it seems me mentioning that instead of being moved I was asked which guest was moved was ignored by the responder below. I also would like to say the PM hung up on me when I called and asked what could be done about the situation. She said she couldn’t do anything and hung up on me.
The fact that she approved my refund was the least of what she could do after her treatment. And she would not have refunded me had I not called Expedia bc initially she said she couldn’t. But thank you for trying to make me look like a liar. I have attached a humidity level screenshot from 9 pm when things were supposedly fixed.

The ac going out in part of your hotel is not controllable. How the manager Danielle handled the situation was and she handled it terribly with me. No offer to bring me a fan, switch me to a room with ac (there are reviews on Expedia saying she moved others), no offer to comp me. She refused to do anything until I called Expedia for a refund. Then magically a cooler room opened up. I took my refund and went to the Marriott. I even talked to a guest who had been moved and told her. Instead of moving me she asked who I talked to. Why in the world would that matter??? What shameful treatment I had from this hotel. NEVER AGAIN

It's a good location. Room was small and the bed was not particularly comfortable. Narrow hallways-a luggage cart will barely fit. Reservation email said to contact front desk about 10 minutes before arriving so they could have someone help you unload quickly as there is no parking at the hotel. We did that and the desk seemed befuddled as to why we were alerting them. If needed, will stay there again, but it won't be my first choice.

Comfortable and Great location!

Our second-story room was spacious and clean. The hotel is, apparently, renovated brick warehouse from the late 1800s. The original brick walls, etc. add interest and charm. The desk staff are great- helpful, friendly, genuine. The location is great as well - near the Aquarium T- stop, Quincy Market, great restaurants, etc. Two little negatives were street noise and the lack of in-room or in-lobby coffee.

Spectacular location! Across the street from the long wharf and T station, about a block from Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market. Close to so many things. Staff are delightful. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and nice.

I cannot even begin to complement my experience at the Harborside Inn enough. Danielle and the girls at the front desk were absolutely above and beyond incredible. They were so welcoming, so kind, they all had beautiful smiles on their face, and they were so knowledgeable about all the questions and inquiries that I had. Not only was their customer service impeccable, Danielle went above and beyond to make my reservation booking experience so incredibly easy and inviting. My family and I spend time in Boston several times a year, and based the experience we had yesterday, I cannot imagine staying anywhere other than the Harborside Inn. Thank you so much to Danielle and the incredible front desk staff, you all made our stay so wonderful and so easy. That is a rarity these days, you are all amazing!

I stayed here while traveling and overall it was a nice hotel! Clean, kind front desk, great location. Nearby an MBTA stop, close to the harbor and aquarium, lots of good restaurants nearby. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is it’s overpriced for the outdated hotel rooms and no breakfast. Comfortable rooms but for the price it really should be less.

Although we travel a lot this was our first trip to Boston. The Harborside Location could not have been more perfect for our trip . The location is amazing . A stones through from both the Quincy and Faneuil Markets . Short walk to the North End and Freedom trail . The staff was as friendly as anyone we encountered in Boston and rooms were clean and hotel decor was eclectic . We would not hesitate to stay in the Harborside again should we return to Beamtown as literally everything is walking distance . Boston overall is a great walking town .
