Location is great! I would like to visit Quincy Market, Harborside, and tourist attraction tour buses easily on my next trip.
However, since it is in a downtown area, it can be a bit noisy until midnight if there is an event.
The reception service is friendly and the restaurant on the first floor is also great!

If I could rate 10 stars I would. Shout out to Danielle for going above and beyond.
The staff, the hotel, and location is absolutely incredible. I will be back!

The room is nice and spacious. Lots of interior rooms without an outside view but they put cute portraits outside the window to make up for it. The staff is great and friendly and helps with just about anything you need.

The Harborside Inn is an amazing hotel to stay at. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are very spacious. The price of the hotel is very worth it and there are tons of places near by in walking distance. The hotel itself is very accommodating for those who have special needs and disabilities. I will definitely be staying here more often when in Downtown Boston.

Such a great and memorable stay for my time in Boston. The place is adorable with the layout and location was perfect for everywhere I needed to be, even the Boston Convention Center. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dani was my favorite part of this stay. Her hospitality and personality just made me feel right at home and like I friend I've known forever. I couldn't be more happy with my stay!

It is great located in the harbor side. 5mins walk to the market. There are some homeliess sleeping on the back door. So make sure entrance In the State Street. It’s noisy you can hear every noice make from the upper floor.
The room is quite clean.

The Harborside Inn was a great choice for a couple of days in Boston! It’s very well located and the staff was incredible in helping us with all of our needs. Special thanks to Danielle at the front desk, who did everything she could to make sure we had the best time! Would definitely recommend and I’m sure we’ll be staying there again!

Meh. This hotel has a great location (a block from Quincy Market) and it's priced reasonably for Boston, but don't let the bougie lobby fool you, it has nothing else going for it. It's a cheap motel masquerading as a "boutique" hotel. The rooms are tiny and sparse. We had a random, massive mirror taking up most of the wall space. It was just leaning up against the wall. Weird. Probably dangerous, too. Bathroom tile was nice but the light fixture falling out of the ceiling in the shower was less than ideal. And no idea what's going on with the toilet paper holder... But hey, you get a top of the line circa 1998 stereo in your room, along with a mini-fridge with the loudest compressor I've ever heard. Probably the best part of this hotel is the impressive DVD/VHS collection in the hall off the lobby. I will say that the staff was pleasant and efficient. If you're looking for a (relatively) cheap hotel near everything you can definitely do worse, just know what you're getting.

Booked the place specifically because they said they had laundry services on site, only to find out they do not. We wasted a half a day going across town to get our laundry done

Harborside Inn is an amazing hotel in Boston. Great location, beautiful atmosphere and the BEST customer service! Check in with Jeffrey was wonderful - he was friendly, super helpful and professional! During my stay there was an issue with my room that could have been bad. Jeffrey and the front desk team were beyond helpful, getting me local assistance, moving my room and making sure everything was okay. I cannot say enough about them and their service!!
Also, check out the pistachio martini in the adjoining restaurant, Joia. Beyond delicious!

Hotel was nice the morning crew at the desk i believe this lady Melinda was a manager and was extremely rude. We were visiting and had a rental car and were instructed to use a garage that doesn’t allow in and out access for $40 she kept insisting that “Boston” isn’t a car friendly town rather than trying to be empathetic or help find a solution she then tried to yell at us to take the train but I had to consistently repeat we spent money on a rental car that we couldn’t return. I found a different garage on spot here for the same money with in and out access on my own.. I don’t think it’s a good option to offer guests at all considering people do rent cars and aren’t always aware of “Boston not being car friendly” the worst part was it just felt like she was prepared to yell and be unfriendly and defensive the entire time rather than truly caring to help with a solution. At night we were greeted by the night crew which were MUCH nicer Haley and Tony were warm and friendly they truly greeted us with a smile and helped answer our questions and concerns. It’s a nice hotel but the customer service specifically from the manager or whoever runs the morning needs work. I was easily able to find a solution but suggesting a garage that doesn’t allow in and out or i’ll be charged $40 each time is not realistic and just not a good suggestion.

This inn is a hidden gem. Its convenient location, near the ferry and several train stations, makes it an excellent choice for travelers. The rooms, though not large, are thoughtfully equipped, cozy, and impeccably clean. The décor is charming, the front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the restaurant downstairs offers surprisingly delicious small plates. Highly recommended!
