Great location, and super friendly staff. My partner and I walked to everything we needed to from this location. Right next to the aquarium, easy access to a few T stops, and awesome restaurants all around. Definitely will stay here again when we come back to Boston. I just wish they had coffee machines in the rooms, and places to fill up our water bottles besides the sink in the bathroom.Otherwise, super clean, felt safe, and we were so grateful for their luggage storage accommodations!

The room is pitch dark and stuffy. You are not in the pick period, I will only stay 1 night. I don't believe you are so busy that you cannot give me a bright and airy room in this hotel. I will never choose this hotel. Terrible experience. The man on duty at the lobby said there was not a single available room. But the attendant who cleaned the rooms said the rooms were empty. I only see the wall from the window.

Excellent location and service. The beds, pillows, line and towels are top class along with the luxury shower head. I also like how spacious the rooms are, complete with high ceilings. One area of improvement: pls provide hot water pots so we can make tea/coffee in the

Nice place for the cost. Location is good. My room was facing the city—some rooms’ windows face an inside atrium. I didn’t want that. High ceilings were wonderful. Was able to check in early, which was great considering my travel day started at 330am.Other thoughts:-Pillows: flat-Bathroom: great, but can hear everything happening because there’s a gap between the door and the floor. Towels are stiff and scratchy. Water pressure is good.-Beds: on the firm side-Fridge: be sure to check the temp setting. Mine was on 2 and it froze my leftovers solid so I couldn’t even eat them the next day.-Coffee maker: NOPE! My biggest annoyance… you can buy a black coffee for $5+ at restaurant in building. Or walk somewhere else. The hotel does not have any ready-made in lobby either. Even the Best Western has a coffee maker. Disappointing.-Room noise: none. Loved that I couldn’t hear anyone around me! In fact, never passed another guest in the hallway at all. Only saw 2-3 others in elevators.-Street noise: a lot. Especially between 5-6am-Room key: traditional turn key (surprised by this so wanted to mention).Overall, hotel was okay. Won’t stay again.

A no frills hotel, small fridge in room but no water given and other than location, this place didn't seem any different than the others around.Service was nice and with restaurants all around, it's a great location.

Awesome weekend here. Really cool decor, updated rooms, great service and location location location... Well positioned for Little Italy and harborside attractions, Quincy Market, etc., and some great Irish eye ring holes. We will be back!

I booked a cabin on the first floor. I was not told that there was a club next door that would blast loud, aggressive, and tacky dance music until 2 am on weekends. I complained twice. The night manager did her best to ask them to turn it down but it’s a club. I won’t be returning.

Location was great, hotel and room were just ok. Rooms were clean but lacking amenities you usually expect to have in rooms (coffee, water). Went to the restaurant downstairs for my “just woke up” mediocre hotel coffee and paid $6 for it. Room was really small. Didn’t make or break trip but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Our room was maaaaassive and with such high ceilings which made it feel even more spacious. It was also so nice and clean! I loved the elevator area looking up into the old exterior of the building.

We checked in early at 11:45 am. A room was ready for us.., was clean, smelled good, 12' high ceilings, exposed brick, beautiful bathroom, too. Excellent location. Good restaurant, Joia, with a bar on ground level, turns into a discotheque at night. Lots of fun. Staff and cleaning crew were all fantastic. I have nothing to complain about. Thank you!

I stayed at this property for three days. The room was great. Not a Four Seasons property, but it was large enough with all the amenities needed. The room key was not a card, but a really old fashioned key—cute! The staff was amazingly pleasant, friendly and accommodating. I must compliment Eddie who works the night shift. I went downstairs at 12:30 AM asking for a phone charger and his colleague handed me a box full of phone chargers. When I couldn't find one that worked for my phone, Eddie chimed in and said, “here you can use mine and I can also give you a wakeup call, so you don't miss your appointments.”The attached Italian restaurant also offered great food with friendly staff.Noteworthy details: Great location
