We were excited to visit the restaurant and were pleased to be seated at a table right in front of the stage, which we initially thought would enhance our evening. However, there were several aspects of our experience that left us disappointed. To begin with, we found the cocktail prices to be unusually high — averaging around $23 each — which felt excessive for the setting. Shortly after we were seated, a server kindly introduced herself and brought water, but unfortunately, she did not return for quite some time, leaving us waiting without service. The food menu was also quite limited and on the pricier side, which made it challenging to find something appealing at a reasonable value. What we had most looked forward to was enjoying live music from the stage. However, it turned out to be a karaoke night, with performances by both guests and staff. While we understand the intent to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere, the quality of the singing left much to be desired, and it ultimately detracted from our overall experience — especially considering the premium pricing throughout the venue. We hope this feedback is helpful, and we do appreciate the effort to provide entertainment. With a few adjustments to pricing, service consistency, and clearer communication about the type of entertainment offered, the experience could be much more enjoyable.
great spot for a drink and apps. Drinks pricey and limited menu. Quick service appreciated. Scan code easy to use.
Ordering and getting food required signing up for an account, scanning menu items (mostly drinks and a few appetizers), entering your credit card information, ordering and the food came in disposable food to go containers. They had glass wine glasses and the venue was nice, on the harbor with a good view of the band playing. Go for the view and music, don't expect much of the food.
Our experience included Q readers, food delivered in cardboard and plastic takeout containers, as well as an automated service (?) fee for no one. shameful and awkward from a world class establishment.
This was so much better than last year. The food & drink choices were interesting & tasty. This year's musical entertainment was outstanding! The move to ordering & paying by QR Code made life so much easier. We didn't have to try getting the attention of the servers. They cleared away dirty items (which they did not do last year). I did notice servers standing around talking with each other while we were waiting to be served. But one server jumped right on it after I mentioned it. So everything was better. Can't wait to return. Ok - I returned the next night. Different band so a different vibe. This was even better. The service was better. You've really improved the customer experience so thank you. If I lived anywhere near Boston I would be a regular customer. Great job. I look forward to being in attendance next year.
The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful... Live music on the floating stage with the backdrop of the lit up city.. gorgeous. Very unfortunately, there was no options for food. We could either do crudite with no chips, or chips and salsa, which came in plastic to-go containers. We would've really enjoyed more options for apps with our cocktails. We had to go find food as soon as we left as we were starving.
Very disappointing experience - significant downgrade from past years. Everything is ordered from a QR code, nobody comes to check on you, mandatory 18% tip. Tables are squeezed so tight on top of each other and the music is absurdly loud. We ordered cheese and meet and it was very sad looking pre-packed food in plastic containers. Nobody cleared the empty containers out of the way until we left. After the mandatory 'tip' it came out to $100 for two cocktails and two appetizers. Spend your money somewhere else.
The food is horrible. The description says one thing and when it comes, it is totally different. Drinks were not delivered until we were almost done eating, so we cancelled them! Prices were way too high for what we received!
The atmosphere is great, and the Summer in the City program is truly enjoyable. However, the food is extremely disappointing, easily the worst I’ve encountered. It’s surprising and frankly unacceptable that such poor quality meals are being served, especially at such high prices. The cocktails were also both poorly made and outrageously overpriced. These aspects seriously detract from the overall experience and need urgent attention.
Excellent spot, you are dining in open air next to the harbor. They have live music, which adds to the atmosphere. However, they have horrendous food and drinks. It is literally worse than close-to-expiry convenience store food, sold at luxury restaurant prices.

The atmosphere is great, unlike anything else in the city during the summer. Entertainment (music) is on a small floating barge right at the edge of the terrace.
Menu is basic. The food is tasty, but proportions are laughably small. As in mini. And not inexpensive.
Go for drinks. Eat elsewhere if you’re hungry. Also, it’s loud. Not good for conversation.
Parking: I was pleasantly surprised at the cost
Kid-friendliness: Not so much

Venue is great to sit outside and listen to the Summer Music Series. Food options are limited to only appetizers and they're not great choices. Chicken wings weee delicious. Sliders are also tasty but you only get 1 in an order and it's pricey. Stay away from the hummus and the scallion pancakes which are actually an unappealing pepperoni pizza
Scallion pancakes were terrible. Awful. Lobster roll (very tiny) was pretty good. Sliders were pretty good. Service was good but why don't they automatically bring ketchup for an order with fries?? Took a while to flag our server down - they seemed short staffed. Very expensive for what you get.
I don't usually write reviews and am not a critical person--but if you are going for the Summer in the City concert--DO NOT GET FOOD. Eat dinner beforehand. We assumed that the small plates offered would be decent at the very least, since the event is hosted by a nice hotel. I am not exaggerating when I say it was the worst food I have ever had served somewhere, particularly for the outrageous prices. The shrimp cocktail was fine I guess, just two massive shrimp. The "waygu sliders" were basically raw meat, put on a supermarket potato roll with American cheese thrown on top that wasn't melted. Nothing else on it. The "pepperoni and brie flatbread" was inedible. They put it on scallion pancakes, so essentially floppy pita slices, a piece of pepperoni, and the rind of the brie. It was disgusting and seemed like it had been microwaved in a dorm room. The concert was great but the food was shocking and disappointing, and we were angry we had to pay over $120 (with just 2 drinks).
What a lovely spot on a summer evening! Music was fun--a wedding/cover band that had some very good musicians and singers. Menu was limited but food came out right away and was very good. Prices were, as expected, kinda high, but we thoroughly enjoyed it all.
