Stopped by to try the lobster roll and clam chowder. Nothing special. Clam chowder was hot but not piping hot like you want with chowder or any soup for that matter. I've had just as good from a can. The lobster roll tasted more like mayo than anything else and for $38 ... was a huge waste of money. The waitress was horrible. Why is it that some wait staff act so bothered to be there? I'm tired of tipping TIRED waitress and waiters. I asked for some melted butter and she said no they don't have that. She was inattentive and very low energy.. as if she was the one who'd just traveled 12 hours. Would not recommend this place based on the food but especially the service.

Worst grilled cheese I've ever had. Saddest tater tots I've ever had. It's not even crowded and the food is just disgusting.

The waitress was horrible and the coffee sucks!

After listening to the bartender tru to explain how he charged a customer for someone else's bill, then charged for two glasses when I clearly only had one. Scammers working here and manager probably too desperate for employees to check up.

We sat down immediately with no waiting. There were plenty of open seats both at the bar and the tables. Our waitress was attentive and nice. Food was decent for airport food. It was a good stop for a pre-flight snack.

Had a sandwich that was okay, the tots were soggy and the beer was bad.

My first review ever. I travel for work and normally wouldn’t take the time to do this but……Terrible service. Terrible manager. Terrible food. Go to the Bruins bar at the other end of the terminal (well worth the short walk).

Unhealthy food. Plus, stench from the cooking makes air in the whole section insufferable.

This rating is based solely on VIBES. A+ for dropping a banger right in the middle of the terminals. Genius. Fight all those crappy delay downers with seafood, burgers and sandwiches while watching the game at the bar, booth or other seats available. Menu options look great. Get a classic lobster roll in “Bastan” before you head back to good ole’ Florida freedom 🤘🏼

We came for lunch before our flight, and was pleasantly surprised to see a Harpoon at the airport. I have been to the main location in the harbor area of Boston.

The service was good and it wasn't too busy so everything came out fast.

We had sandwiches, soup, pretzels, and Boston creme. Everything was good. Soup and sandwich was great, the pretzel was good, and theBoston cream was ok. The beers were great.

The price was also very reasonable for an airport.

Recommended.

You walk up and can sit down anywhere. The servers come to you and they are very friendly. I wanted more than one item and and asked for suggestions, which were given. The server also told me I could mix my cheese panini and soup. They did not tell me that it would be an additional $3 to do so, which might matter to some. It also doesn't come with the crusty bread.
This was my first time having goat cheese on a grilled cheese (Panini is a stretch...), and it wasn't bad, it was just different. It really just needed salt. So did the chowder. Both tasted pretty good, but both needed salt. Food came out a good temp too. I also ordered their Harpoon Cider, which was also pretty good.

Vegetarian options: There are 3 vegetarian (Ovo-lacto) mains and 2 vegetarian breakfast (Ovo-lacto) options... Hummas is also available as a protein option. If you also eat fish/fish products the vegetarian options will work. There were 3 vegan options.

Dietary restrictions: As a pescatarian, I was able to eat easily here. There was also a gluten-free tomato-basil soup.

Wheelchair accessibility: I appeared that wheelchairs could be accommodated here easily.
