Visited Harpoon after receiving rather gruff service from the Bruins Bar across the terminal. Luisa our waitress was more than happy to serve us with a smile and respect. The drink options are better, as there are actual options, and the food I cannot attest to but again, WAY more options. Overall, Harpoon has it down.

I’ve been to this bar so many times over the years. I grew up in MA and harpoon means a lot to me because it reminds me of home now that I live out of state.
My flight tonight was cancelled and then I was rescheduled 7 hours later so I decided to come here for a brew.
The bartender was big guy. He threw a menu at me and I thought he was coming back to ask my order but instead he started literally sucking on a chicken wing he grabbed from the kitchen window in front of customers. It was very gross.
As I was waiting for him to ask me for my order I was looking at him and he pulled the chicken wing out of his mouth and accused me of staring at him and yelled at me.
Anyway. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a restaurant. Especially an airport bar and especially at an airport bar repping my favorite beer.
I apologized for offending him and I left without ordering. But I had to let the manager know because I can’t be the only one that has been mistreated by this guy.
I’m not sure if harpoon actually owns this place but there’s no way this beer brand would approve of an employee like this.
Anyway. That type of behavior shouldn’t be tolerated in the service industry.

Stopped by to try the lobster roll and clam chowder. Nothing special. Clam chowder was hot but not piping hot like you want with chowder or any soup for that matter. I've had just as good from a can. The lobster roll tasted more like mayo than anything else and for $38 ... was a huge waste of money. The waitress was horrible. Why is it that some wait staff act so bothered to be there? I'm tired of tipping TIRED waitress and waiters. I asked for some melted butter and she said no they don't have that. She was inattentive and very low energy.. as if she was the one who'd just traveled 12 hours. Would not recommend this place based on the food but especially the service.

Worst grilled cheese I've ever had. Saddest tater tots I've ever had. It's not even crowded and the food is just disgusting.
The waitress was horrible and the coffee sucks!
After listening to the bartender tru to explain how he charged a customer for someone else's bill, then charged for two glasses when I clearly only had one. Scammers working here and manager probably too desperate for employees to check up.
We sat down immediately with no waiting. There were plenty of open seats both at the bar and the tables. Our waitress was attentive and nice. Food was decent for airport food. It was a good stop for a pre-flight snack.
Had a sandwich that was okay, the tots were soggy and the beer was bad.

My first review ever. I travel for work and normally wouldn’t take the time to do this but……Terrible service. Terrible manager. Terrible food. Go to the Bruins bar at the other end of the terminal (well worth the short walk).
Unhealthy food. Plus, stench from the cooking makes air in the whole section insufferable.
This rating is based solely on VIBES. A+ for dropping a banger right in the middle of the terminals. Genius. Fight all those crappy delay downers with seafood, burgers and sandwiches while watching the game at the bar, booth or other seats available. Menu options look great. Get a classic lobster roll in “Bastan” before you head back to good ole’ Florida freedom 🤘🏼
Local bar tenders. Great staff.

We came for lunch before our flight, and was pleasantly surprised to see a Harpoon at the airport. I have been to the main location in the harbor area of Boston.
The service was good and it wasn't too busy so everything came out fast.
We had sandwiches, soup, pretzels, and Boston creme. Everything was good. Soup and sandwich was great, the pretzel was good, and theBoston cream was ok. The beers were great.
The price was also very reasonable for an airport.
Recommended.
