My first time here was great, the food was amazing. But the past few times I've ordered from here the food has come out wrong or missing dishes. No one answers the calls so I have to go back out to either get the missing dishes or ask for a refund. I'm not sure what happened or why quality of service has drastically dropped but it was enough to push me away.

I love this dinner, its atmosphere and menu, and the diversity of customers. It is also unique as a dinner that also serves espresso drinks, which often tilts the scale when I decide which local dinner to go to with my buddies.
However, several times I came recently, they would tell me that the espresso machine is washing or otherwise turned off. I once arrived at 2:30 to be told the grill or something was turned off and they couldn’t make certain items on the menu.
I wonder if the owner is aware of this. It is disappointing to me as a regular.
The question is: could some of this upkeep be done after closing, not during open hours?

Food was good but the service was a horrible experience. When we walked in we were about to be walked to our table, but we ordered takeout. I asked, if we could sit, she had said yes, pick any table. There was only one table left; besides the back room blocked off. However, once we sat down, another waiter came and he had told us we could not sit here because we had ordered takeout. I asked if we could sit outside, he said yes. Therefore, we could not sit inside the store because we ordered takeout, but could sit outside in their patio smh

I've only been there for breakfast, but they do a good job of that.... The people there are very nice... My only issue is that sometimes you have to wait to be seated .. But they do their best, it's not their fault that they're so popular!

The food is very well made and delivered quickly. The staff are attentive and work diligently. The only issue is the closeness of tables and lack of sound dampening. This isn't a good place for sound sensitive individuals. Also crowded, for great reason, and lends a touch of personal bubble invasion. They do take orders! And they have some outdoor seating.

Went on a Monday at 10:30, there were seven people working who I could see , eleven people in the room eating. I ordered a fresh squeezed oh, it came on ice ,(not what I expected) didn’t want ice ! I also ordered a breakfast burrito with
Jalapeño , no jalapeño were in it , it was tasteless, came with a side of sour cream and jarred salsa , (not fresh) I took two bites , not worth eating the rest! 20$ for tasteless , watered down oj , not worth the money , or wait ! Nothing American about this place, five Brazilians and two African Americans workers. They were all very nice, but just don’t know how to cook! Sorry but I was really looking for a tasty breakfast, not for me.
