I ordered breaded chicken, but when I got home and opened the takeout, it was boiled chicken. They messed up my order even though I was the only customer in the whole place. And there are literally only two options-boiled and breaded.
Another Boston place I'll never return to.

Have been going here since they opened. I was very excited to have Haianese chicken rice here in Boston, so close to my home. Have only had good experience to date. I go there frequently for dinner and occasionally for lunch. However, yesterday, I ordered on their website for pickup. The order was processed, and my credit card was charged. I walked over to the shop to find it closed, all lights off, and the doors closed. A bright red attachment on the front door from the City of Boston stated "Code Violation." The website still showed that this store was open in the evening. I disputed the charge with the credit card company and called the restaurant the next day. They claimed they could not speak English and didn't understand me and that their restaurant now closes at 4pm. The worker stated she didn't know how to refund a credit card transaction. Really sad that the customer experience has deteriorated so much. Will not return as they have now lost my business.
