I'm a simple man, I see an Irish bar, I get a drink. Bar was surprisingly empty when I went in mid day but that means I had no wait for a Black Velvet (Magners cider at this location)
Perfect pour on the Guinness (speaking as a Ballymena native) - great head and flavour. Hennessey’s hired Lucy from Donegal, and we had a great chat with her and Joe. Highly recommend getting your Guinness draught from here.
We attended the DIVA Royale show here on a Sat. Night. We did buy tickets in advance and showed up early to get a table.up front. The bar was very nice and clean. You do get table service here. They will take a card to hold a tab open during the performance.
