The Bun Mam seems to get love on yelp, so I gave it a try not knowing what it actually was. When I went to pickup, I was a bit put off by the price since it close to $16 for a bowl of noodles. However, this is a premium dish, it comes with cha siu, shrimp, squid, and fish filet. The cha siu was the highlight for me, rich and fatty. The noodles were really soft. Really enjoyed it.

I have been eating here for over 6 years and all the aunties, are awesome and they will explain the food and the correct way to eat and prepare it. They also have special side dishes on Friday. HEAVEN ?

Food is okay, but the way they deal with covid precautions is less than ideal. I stopped by for a quick meal and felt uneasy about all the employees not wearing masks/ wearing them under their chin. I was sat at the table next to the door, and there were multiple employees walking in and out right next to me unmasked. Employees would also stand next to the back tables in plain sight and talk unmasked I didn't want to write this review, since covid has really hurt small businesses. But in this time, covid policies is really important in choosing where to eat or even get takeout from. In terms of food, I got the bun rieu. It was decent and filling. Not the best, not terrible.

Mom and pop shop that runs deep. Cash only, but truly some of the most amazing Vietnamese food I've had. I'm so excited to have found a place that I can eat when I feel homesick!

Craving pho^ I went here based on a yelp recommendation. I don't get it. There are two other Pho^ restaurants on Dorchester Ave I go and both are far better. The selections at Hien Vuong is very limited, the "large" wasn't very, pricey and the restaurant itself is very small and basic. The soup itself had very limited meat and noodles while broth seemed watery. So overall just ok. As I said two places side by side 1/2 mile up street much better on all accounts.

Don't waste your time here, worst Vietnamese food in Fields Corner, very rude ignorant people, the owner is always sitting at a table having a phone conversation in her native language, so so loud, couldn't wait to leave and noodles were burnt, I should of walked out, never never again, I recommend Pho 2000, right on Adams street, 5 star food

The take-out was delicious. We ordered several bowls of pho and fresh rolls. The flavors were great and the ingredients tasted so fresh. Can't wait to go again whenever we're in Dorchester.

Very friendly service. Food is very fresh. I had the rice and grill chicken. Best rice grill chick I've ever ate.
