I often Travel to China and very picky with Chinese food. Hippo kitchen is the best Chinese restaurant I tried in MA. Authentic. My fav dish is “husband and wife lung slices. 夫妻肺片 (fūqī fèi piàn), often translated as “Husband and Wife Sliced Meat” — a famous Sichuan cold appetizer. Despite the literal translation meaning “husband and wife lung slices,” it typically doesn’t include lung. Here’s a quick overview:

This restaurant is a scam. Customers beware. Ordering takeout on their website was a compete nightmare. Missing large quantities of food, was charged literally double which was not reflected on my receipt, pretty sure this is illegal. No customer support provided. Was left with very little food and paid double for it… total scam.
