Dinner at Hojoko was one of the best food and experiences I have had in a long time. Our server Piper was AMAZING, all while training Stephanie. Her knowledge of the right foods to order, having been the first time my friend had ever had Japanese food, was spot on. We had a nice dinner with 7 people, but there were some hiccups. The food was good. The waitress was pretty helpful to order. The way everything came out was very disorienting. We were told that the dishes would come out as they were ready. However, no one told us what anything was, and there wasn't an effort to clear-off empty dishes, which made things almost impossible to find space. The place was very noisy, too.
