We walked across town because their website and Google Maps said they were open until midnight on a Saturday, but it was closed and locked up at 10:20pm.

Hub Hall is located at the TD Garden / North Station. The Hall food options are pretty decent and not too overpriced. Hub Hall food court is a good choice for a quick bite if youâre in a time crunch before your event at the TD Garden.

Was going in to explore what options they had for food since I had only a donut from dunkins in my hand and wanted more than that to eat and immediately was told we had to leave and couldnât eat here because we had dunkins and mcdâs bags in our hands. I simply stated okay and left, I had never been here and wanted to see what was in the hall for food.
Wouldnât recommend at all.

Donât go there as a family if your kids want McDonalds, they wonât let you in, even if youâre spending money at other vendors. They clearly donât want your business. Itâs becoming more clear why they canât keep vendors for more than a year, the management is rude and out of touch with reality.
Donât go there as a family if your kids want McDonalds .. they wonât let you in. Even if youâre spending money at other vendors, they wonât let you in at all. Same with Dunkin or pretty much anything else. Itâs no wonder they canât keep vendors to stay there, the management is out of touch with reality.

Today, I was in the midst of eating my Dunkin breakfast, peacefully, in Hub Hall, when a security guard very quietly informed me that outside food is not permitted. I have been doing this exact same activity for the past year without any interference of any kind. He approached me a second time and repeated his message, which was ineffective, because he expected me to leave but didnât say so in so many words. I think he was looking for an argument when just effectively getting his point across would have helped immensely. There were no signs posted anywhere. Otherwise, I wouldnât have bothered to enter, knowing that guard would have been so hostile.

PAYING CUSTOMERS TOLD TO LEAVE BECAUSE COFFEE WAS FROM DUNKIN
My girlfriend and I each bought food from two different stalls at Hub Hall. We sat down to eat it, and an employee named Martin told us we had to leave because the drinks we purchased were from Dunkin even though the Dunkin is in the very same building. He curtly told us we had to leave and would not reason when I explained that we were indeed paying customers and had purchased food from two hub hall venders. He condescendingly compared it to bringing your own wine to an Italian restaurant which is a hilariously audacious false equivalency considering that weâre talking about drinking coffee in a train station cafeteria. I asked for his managers card so I could give my feedback on the policy. He said neither he nor his manager had business cards. I asked for his managerâs email and he said he didnât know it. I asked him if he could find it for me and he told me to âlook it up onlineâ as he turned his back on me and walked away.
To anyone reading this, I would strongly recommend Boston Public Market right up the street if youâre looking for a much more pleasant and welcoming food court environment.

Great selection of food and drink and the location can't be beat if you're going to the Garden for a game or a show.
The manger here is so rude. I come through North Station every single day but when I try to sit down for 10 minutes to eat my McDonaldâs French fries (which I got 500 feet around the corner, in the SAME BUILDING mind you) I was told ânew policy, you canât eat that hereâ and made me leave. First of all, Iâve NEVER heard this from anyone before in that Hub EVER. Second of all, there was another couple eating their McDonalds right down the end of my seating row. Third, POST SIGNS. There is zero indication anywhere that no âoutside foodâ is allowed. I was watched like a criminal while simply trying to eat my McDonalds fries. Maybe work on not scamming tourists instead of kicking out actual working people of Boston. Oh and fourth, the Hall was empty and there were tons of seats available. I can see why no one would want to eat there with management like that.
Was asked to leave table while waiting for friend and checking menu - have been here many times for events at the Garden but will not be back -Left and went to half time pizza much better experience

A bottle of Dasani and a slice of Detroit pepperoni was $11.77 and the cashier wanted tip. Yikes. Not enough seating.
