I will definitely be back! The food was delicious, our server was nice, menu has a lot of different options, ambiance was perfect and good music!

The food was well seasoned but the manager/host Matheus was rude. We tried to change our reservation of 2 to 3, and the guy could hardly take a second to fake look at his iPad to tell me no. He couldn't take 1/2 the effort to pretty up the no. Mind you for the 3 hours we were at the bar the place didn't fill up. There was definitely room for a party of three. Anyway, we came in on a Monday night for Girl Dinner, which is very sexist because they did not offer a protein add on with the meal. It was 6pm and the kitchen wasn't fully operational. They were only offering salad, fries, pasta, and 1/2 a drink. I've been to other places for Girl Dinner and they offer the protein Add-on. Very disappointed. The only saving grace was their bartender Alex who knew how to make a drink and did his best to keep my friends and I happy with the setbacks we had at the place. He did suggest we should come back for Guy Dinner, but my friends and I are skeptical.

The service was extremely slow. We were seated for 15-20 mins and had to flag down our waitress to get water and our order taken. The host sat and saw we did not receive service or water but never informed the waitress. It appeared only one waitress was working for the entire restaurant. When the food finally arrived we did not have silverware and waited 5-10 mins before we could get the waitresses attention again for silverware. The lemon drop martini was delicious but that was really the only highlight. By the time we got silverware to eat our food it was no longer and tasted like something I could easily make at home. Honestly would not return unless they're able to hire more wait staff.

I celebrated my cousin's birthdy last night and the service last night was amazing. Our waittress was exremely attentive, friendly nd accomodating. The kitchen ran out of branzino and one of the service members came to our table to apologize and also gave us pineapple rice on the house. The DJ was a great and vibes are always on point!

It appeared that there was no valet. In addition, the restaurant was out of empanadas and beignets at 730.

Food was delicious. The vibe was perfect for celebrating a birthday. The staff even added a candle to our dessert!

The food and service was delicious, we got there right at 6 when they opened so it was not busy when we got there. Will definitely be going back to try the espresso martini flight.

Make no mistake, the music food and atmosphere is what makes HUE my go to for nightlife and fun. Their is no part of the night here that isnt enjoyable, from the tables, to the music, to the ambience and a staff that knows the menu. I had a 2020 Red and it was delightful with my Salmon and Crab Cakes. I sat with my date, while a work team celebrated a successful co worker nearby, and a group of men watched the game at the Bar and all we all fit. HUE its just the place to be!

Becca was our server and bartender. She makes a great martini and was very attentive. I had the bolognese which was excellent. My wife had the harvest salad and added shrimp , also very good. Do not pass up the Brussel sprouts, you get an ample amount and they were so good. The dollar value for the food was excellent as well. The wine list has a grape for every taste. We will be back.

This place has a lot of potential, the problem is that the menu doesn't know what it wants to be. If you have a tapas style menu, where the idea is to order 3-4 dishes to share, you have to have 3-4 dishes that make sense together. Its kind of weird having like onion rings with rigatoni vodka and salmon bites.

Room is beautiful & service was attentive the entire time. Our server was excellent!! (Naya?) Food is tapas style, so you can eat a lot or a little! Everything we ate was delicious (except dessert... more later) Started w salad -arugula/goat cheese/candied pecans.... Vinaigrette was very tasty.... Enough for 2 to share. Then we had chicken empanadas... they were ok-you will need the sauce that comes w it. Good sized portion! We had the skirt steak next, which I loved, but my son thought it was tough. Had chimichurri that, again, was excellent. Also onion rings that accompanied were also quite delish. We also shared the fried rice which was also great. Portions were plentiful, but we still tried chocolate cake. Very disappointing... it was one of those premade, institutional-type cakes. I'm not sure if any other desserts were house made, but yuk. Overall it was pretty good, esp for a hotel restaurant. Not sure I'd go back tho....

The menu here is an excellently prepared variety of small dishes to share, and the service was cheerful, efficient and informative. However, Hue was so unpleasantly loud, that I'm unlikely to eat here ever again. I really don't like shouting or leaning across the table to hear my friends for a relaxing, celebratory meal out. (We did ask our waitress if turning the volume down would be possible, so the "hip" loud volume must just be poor management policy.)

Reasonably priced menu in a very chic setting. Food was delicious and the cocktails exceptional!
