This was a favorite place to stop by and have rolled ice cream. However, THEY ARE PERMANENTLY CLOSED (04/03/21). They closed the beginning of this year. There is a new emoji bubble tea place opening around beginning of June 2021. Sorry to see ICE NY gone, but will give the bubble tea place a try when they open.

I got a Mango base ice cream with a strawberry mix in double strawberry and cheesecake toppings with a condensed drizzle, best rolled ice cream ive ever had.

I mean, it's rolled ice cream- you either like it or you don't. If you're not a fan of this ice cream style, hen avoid it. But if you do like it, or are interested in trying it, this place definitely has good options. Service is a bit slow but they roll the ice cream right in front of you which is fun to watch and proves it's fresh. I had the raspberry lychee which was too sweet for me- my friend had mango sticky rice which I would highly recommend, it was much better. I would also advice sharing with someone if you're not too hungry, because portions are large- I wish a smaller size was available.

FoodGood roll ice cream, but not the best I’ve had. The ice cream was a bit dry. The mango sticky rice flavour is interesting.Everything elseCute decor.

I've had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting. The bill was good for what you get. This place has positive reviews for a reason.

Yay, a cute rolled ice cream place in Boston! I tried the rose lychee flavor + mochi and coconut jelly, and it was super yummy! There's definitely a decent amount of ice cream--I found it to be a good amount to share :)The ice cream was flavorful and had a good balance of floral and fruity tastes, and the chopped-up lychees incorporated into it added a nice texture! The addition of multi-colored mochi and large cubes of coconut jelly made the ice cream : topping ratio perfect, so I'd recommend adding those if you get the rose lychee flavor. I was impressed by how the person made the rolls super uniform in size. The store has hand sanitizer and napkins around, and ice cream is given to you in a transportable container with a lid. There is a little sunken patio with outdoor seating available too!I-CE-NY has lots of cool flavors and toppings, and I definitely want to come back to try other ones :)

I'm sad to say but I really didn't like this place. I got the coffee and it didn't taste like much. I tasted a boring coffee flavor and none of the mixed in Oreo. It just wasn't satisfying to eat and was extremely over priced. The staff was friendly but I would never want to eat again.

The rolled ice cream here is delicious and the flavors are so special! I've been to I-CE-NY many times and try to get a different flavor each time just to try it all at least once. My personal favorite would probably be the mango sticky rice--the mango ice cream + sticky rice combination is unique and I personally have not seen it elsewhere. The employees here are friendly and efficient, although sometimes the place gets pretty busy. I've had to wait some time for my ice cream in the past, but none of the wait times have been awful. Another fun part is that you actually get to see them making your ice cream and rolling it up, then putting it into the paper bowls. I would check this place out if you happen to be in the Newbury Street area! Each bowl is less than $10 if I recall correctly so it's pretty worth the price, especially since the flavors are so unique.

Ice cream was delicious and offered unique flavors. Enjoyed watching the ice creamer crush, scrape and roll out the ice cream.
