The food is normal, but they request customer pay 18% of tips, though not receiving any service from order the food by myself to make the payment. Also, I go there single so actually not receive any service. They didn’t mention 18% rule in their manual or in front of the door. This is like lying and very dishonest.

Place has mediocre food. The service is alright, it was a bit strange getting asked what tip to include for payment instead of signing for it.

Beef teriyaki was chewy, not good meat. Miso soup was tasty. Kalbi skewer was alright, meat was tender but didn’t have much flavor or good char.

It’s third time we came to this store and was really disappointed, we clearly did not order beef kebabs but the clerk misheard and gave us beef kebabs. She didn't tell us she thought we ordered it until it was on the table. In the end, we chose to keep it and overpaid for it unplanned. The food was good despite. Another problem is that when I finished the bill, I proposed a 10% charge because I was not satisfied with the store. They will quickly look at your bill and force you to spend 18% with other clerks. Yes, me and my friend was forced to increase tips even we did not get a satisfied dinner. I feel ridiculous and won’t go there again.

Use their apps get 10% discount on your first order, was up there visiting Boston office when I discover this hidden gem near Huntington location, had multiple take outs, I highly recommend their Unagi bento box, soft shell crab - a must have, tempura appetizers

Perfect lunch spot! Good prices and good service. Delicious options and always super fresh. The spicy tuna rolls are just the way I like them with crunchies but not overly done. The tuna lunch set is my favorite.

The sushi and tuna salad were delicious. Fresh and exquisite taste. Customer service was exceptional. We came late, about 10:40 p.m. and ordered take out. Food was ready fast. Thank you.
