It seems like this places hours are wildly incorrect, today my coworkers ordered pizza for lunch. The order was accepted on Grub Hub and their card was charged but the pizza shop was closed. When they tried to call they said number not in service. I don't know what their actual hours are but both their website and google have them as open. I would recommend looking elsewhere to reliably get pizza. (And probably try calling first if you do want to order from here)

The food is decent, the people are friendly. The problem here is that they are closed too often. They are closed when they should be open. They are closed when other businesses are open. I can't rely on this place so I go to other places now.

Ideally, you won’t get the deep dish pizza here because it really isn’t true deep dish pizza, and it tastes overly salty and is basically unappetizing. We ended up throwing most of ours away.

Really good bbq chicken pizza. Prices are different compared to the online menu though. Online menu price had a small bbq chicken pizza as $12.49 but at the restaurant and receipt it’s $13.99.They should update the website menu with the new prices but overall I’ll go here again. Pizza was hot and crust was crispy and well done with no special request needed (just how I like it). Onion rings were crispy as well.In my opinion if you like a good crunch to your pizza crust I’ll go here instead of the place further down the street. This will be my new go to pizza place!
They sold there restaurant recently and ever since I've experienced nothing but hour long delivery times even though I work at a hospital so close to the store I can see it from my job. I've had my food and drinks forgotten multiple times as well. Last time was the last straw can't order from here anymore as good as the food was its not worth it at all. Don't order.

Doesn’t get any better than Ideal. No fancy dishes here, only generous service sizes, straightforward fresh and delicious pizza, subs, and salads. HIGHLY recommend the buffalo chicken sandwich and the ideal special pizza

Great local spot for pizza, wings, and sandwiches. Pizza is sort of Greek style but not as chewy as most similar places. Wings are great but can have a variable amount of sauce and I do like when there’s plenty of sauce.
