Very shocked, this IHOP location was very clean and well-maintained. The food was better than normal and felt fresh and actually high end. Which we were not expecting. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Very pleased and we were all more than satisfied

Got 20$ in gift cards because we did the survey from buying coffee. Made a gargantuan 40$ meal into a 20$ meal.

Just my personal opinion... I had a great experience, The customer service was great, very nice wait staff, clean place, fresh food, good prices, great for breakfast.

Came in at 2:30 AM & had a breakfast special with pancakes & Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes everything was better than I remember during my last IHOP visit almost a year ago. Also had these vanilla cold foam cold brew drinks. So so so good. Our server was very personable, friendly, & attentive. I wish I asked his name. But I enjoyed my early morning munchie meal 💗

I came here for breakfast with my family and it was a nice outing, food was good and the service was fine. There was just few people at this location so parking was no issue. I think the menu has been updated and the price was kind of higher than usual. I got the colorado omelette and it was good.. The coffee used to be complimentary but now have to be paid for. Apart from that it was a worthwhile visit. This is the location in soldiers field just by the highway.

When I was 8, I went to this IHOP for the first time and saw a bunch of teens in prom dresses eating pancakes. I spent years dreaming of going there after prom; and it finally happened. However, chocolate chip pancakes (which were part of that dream) are not on the late night menu. I was heartbroken, but the kind staff was extremely accommodating and helpful and allowed me to order them anyways. It was a beautiful dream fulfilled by IHOP. Great staff and great experience. Thank you.
