I went on the New Years day. Service was awful. The server spoke basically 0 English which was especially bad because when I tried to communicate a severe food allergy the server did not understand. Took over an hour to get food, and half of it never even came. I found random plastic pieces in a milkshake. would not recommend coming here.

This location is fantastic. My dad and I ate here on New Years Day. It was pretty busy for a holiday and considering the weather was bad. I got the original pancakes and I'm not sure what my dad got. Food was fantastic, literally the best pancakes I've ever had. Service was also very good. I'm definitely coming back.
I think some people just love to complain. No complaints from me. We were in and out in under 40 minutes. Food is delicious

We can at night around 10PM. Firstly there was no one in the counter to help us we waited almost 15 mins there. After we got seated no one came to take our order our order for another 15-20 mins. And it's not like it was packed only couple of tables we're having people seated all other tables were empty. We just left without ordering. One of the worst service i've ever experienced.

An absolute classic! Spent many nights here in the 90's after going out. Having eggs at 3am is the best. But now I'm old so I take my son there to share the memories and to get him some protein for his gains. 5 stars!!
I’ve been ordering from this location for years and out of all the times I’ve ordered a syrup flight with my food, they’ve given it to me once. Doesn’t matter if I do delivery or takeout - if I don’t literally open the whole bag to check before leaving, I’m not getting the syrup flight because it’s definitely not in there. You can see when you walk in the restaurant that literally every table has a full bottle of each flavor available so I am unsure why this always happens.
