Its a very dangerous place to go... I was viciously attacked due to my skin tone.. I highly recommend avoiding to keep you and your family safe.. They care not for your well being.. It is unbelievable.. Commenting on their mediocre food is irrelevant.. I only got my chinese take-out there on occasion was due to their late hours but, unfortunately I found it is dangerous there the hard way... This store used to be one of my favorite stores to order from but when i was having an issue with Uber eats i called the store to try and ask them to cancel my order and when i called the person on the other line was so rude and had a racist remark to say towards me. He kept talking over me and shouting not listening to a word i was saying.

Literally have been calling all day to order and know one picked up the phone.I waited to order while being ignored as they assisted all the Uber,Dash drivers etc.Finally someone came up to me and just looked at me and said that i wanted to place an order.The man looked at me in shock at 7:30pm and said I can't promise you in a hour and walked off. I then called out and stated that I would like to order he then told me to ask another guy.I asked that guy and he held his head down and said NO it's to busy. I don't recommend this place due to terrible customer service.

The old man at the counter is very ignorant! He must be the owner, if not, he's costing them business!! I asked him to tell the cook that my ribs were dry and tough last time and I wanted them cooked and marinated correctly THIS time. He said nothing to the cook and when my food was ready it was not to my liking. Ribs were fatty and egg roll was overcooked. The rude old man tells me "we have to make the food the same for everyone". Huh?? Why the heck didn't you say that BEFORE you took my money and I told you how I wanted it?? Anyway, my money was returned and I left! I had been a customer for over 25 years!!! Not anymore! This restaurant can kick rocks!!!

So... I ordered crab rangoons. First impression was that maybe they were freezer burned? Undercooked? But then realized... They were filled with not crab, or even cream cheese, but mozzarella. They are selling cheese empanadas as crab rangoons.

FOR $20 I received some brown meat that was suppose to be “general gaus chicken” but it was more like frozen orange chicken from the grocery store.The plate is so small that you can’t even go back for seconds.On top of everything the older man at the register was very rude.Even the Spanish guy in the back that was cooking shook his head because of the man’s nasty attitude.NEVER AGAIN

I used to love this place until they got rid of the white styrofoam plates and now serving the meals in these small plastic containers, which significantly gives you less portion wise. They also gave my food away to someone else the last time I was there.
Refused service to me because I have a service dog. I use a cane and my service dog had a clearly marked service dog medical alert vest on. He was completely behaved. Imperial kitchen violates the law and discriminates against disabled folks. If you care about disabled people do not give them your business.
