Had the WORST experience with Insomnia Cookies — absolutely unbelievable.
My daughter had just come home from surgery and her aunt sent cookies to surprise her. Instead, we arrived to find the box ripped open and destroyed by squirrels.
I called right away expecting an apology and a simple replacement. What I got was indifference. No apology. No concern for my daughter. Nothing.
They said they would refund the order — but if we actually wanted the cookies, my aunt had to place a brand-new order herself. In other words, they refused to resend what was ruined or take any responsibility for fixing it.
Shockingly poor customer service and zero compassion. I’ll be making sure others know to avoid this company.
love the cookies here!
staff had an attitude. If I wanted this day to get worse I wouldn’t be buying a cookie
Expired milk
Online order of 4 cookies took 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Insomnia Cookies is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving something sweet late at night. The cookies are usually warm, soft in the middle, and super satisfying — especially the classics like Chocolate Chunk and Snickerdoodle. When they’re fresh out of the oven, they really hit the spot.
That said, the experience can be a little inconsistent. During busy hours, wait times get long, and delivery can sometimes show up colder than expected. Prices are on the higher side as well, especially if you’re ordering multiple items or adding ice cream.
Overall, though, it’s a fun late-night treat with a great variety of flavors, and the convenience is hard to beat. When they’re warm and fresh, they’re absolutely worth it.
Gave the two parties ahead of me free cookies but not me. Cookie also fell apart and basically had to be eaten with a spoon. Never patronizing this place again.
Cookies are good. Black girl working here is rude. Aggressive for doing her work
This is my favorite cookies 🍪😍
Cookies are toxic! My husband consumed the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie Saturday night (9/13/25) and was struck with food poisoning 30 minutes later. It seems you can contract food poisoning from eggs, flour and chocolate chips. Not sure if this was from a cross contamination situation from improper handling/storage of the dough. Beware!

The BEST cookies I’ve ever had! 🍪 They were right in front of my university, and every time I walked back to my apartment, I couldn’t resist grabbing some. Now that I’m back home in my country, I miss them so much—I’m craving them! My top favorites were the peanut butter 🥜 cookies, the double chocolate 🍫🍪, and of course, the s’mores 🤤
Despite the fact that my cookie-wich was an absolutely delectable and delicious treat, I am unfortunately unable to give this establishment more than a 1-star rating. Upon my recent pilgrimage to Insomnia Cookies, my group was left ignored, cookieless, and most certainly outraged at the inefficiency displayed by the staff that night. Although it is true that they were understaffed, the employees chose to prioritize online orders placed meer minutes ago over the plethora of in-person attendees who had been patiently queued in line for over an hour. Many people departed the crowded and sweaty building not with cookies, but with a sour expression and the taste of regret.
Best cookie and ice cream I had but little pricey
Passive aggressive weird vibe
Fair cookies and they give you so little ice cream :/, in a paper plate… weird neighborhood.
