I ordered twice to receive two incomplete orders. I got the cookies but not the ice cream. The cookies are good and I hate to complain over missing ice cream but it’s about service. The idea is to have cookies with ice cream. An ice cream sandwich includes ice cream. If I wanted just cookies I would have paid for just cookies instead. Disappointed. The cookies are good though

First time going to insomnia cookies and will be my last spent $30 on 10 cookies that were hard as a rock ! I thought this was suppose to be home baked basically but it was worst then the store bought cookies ! Last time wasting money here

The cookies are absolutely amazing. However, the ice cream is only mediocre. The atmosphere, can really use an improvement because it is atrocious. They truly earned their one star rating. My daughter went there and three grown men cut in front of her. When she politely spoke up, the employee responded with severe attitude and threw a spoon. The employee may have been having a bad day however there was no need to rudely lash out at customers.

Placed an order a little after 8 pm through a delivery service, didn't receive any delivery updates for nearly an hour. Finally around 9 pm I got an update through delivery app that the delivery had been made, never got my food. Tried to call the next day and was put on hold for 5 minutes before being hung up on. Strongly recommend getting cookies anywhere else, their service suuucks
