Insomnia cookies? More like I have no idea how to do my job cookies. We are spending the evening in Boston and decided to DoorDash some cookies and it has been anything but easy. For the past 2 hours I have been told to reach out to insomnia cookies team to check in on my submitted order only to be told by them that my order was out on another delivery first. Meanwhile I have received no update on just exactly where my cookies are or who my delivery driver is. Talking to the insomnia cookies team over the phone is like talking to a wall. Except an actual wall provides more clear service than the team member. Seriously this location is an embarrassment and they have wasted my time all night. You guys literally have one job and my god you are terrible at it. Crumble cookies owns you guys and it’s not even close. I mean seriously you guys make cookies for a living and deliver them yet you would think it’s rocket science for how complex you’ve made the customer service experience. If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service. Ps once the cookies finally arrived which is actually a miracle… they were overcooked lol. Jesus

First time dealing with insomnia. Spent $20 on just 3 cookies to be delivered as a gift. Simple. Called support 4 times in 3 hours. I was ultimately told that the manager, Jordan, explicitly insisted that the delivery boy, Gavin, NOT complete the delivery because "our delivery people don't go inside of apartment buildings". Makes me wonder why they bother offering delivery in downtown Boston surrounded by high rise apartments buildings.

Taste good. Overpriced wouldn't have minded with nicer customer service considering I got served a simple warm chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and paid within 4 min. People 10x stressed have been nicer to a more complicated order.

The ice cream and cookie was obviously a 10/10, however I bought the two scoops of ice cream on a cookie and man didn’t even give me one whole scoop. He was very skimpy on the portions and I wouldn’t have paid $2 for this, never mind NINE DOLLARS? Nine dollars on a hollow scoop of ice cream. Very disappointed in you Insomnia employee???

I ordered two cookies and the register(a redhead girl) gave me two cold cookies. I waited for her to speak on the phone the I told her my cookies were cold. She told my “ I can handle them once i gave them to you” and I was like for real. I told her they were cold and she continued with the same sassy attitude. worst service evrr wont be coming back

Sad :( our expectations were high bc we used to get Insomnia cookies while we were in ungrad at the Amherst location all the time. Nostalgia hit us tonight and we were eager to satisfy our cookie craving, but this 61 Bromfield location did not satisfy. During pick up we were given the dreamweaver ice cream and peanut butter insomniac tracks, but were missing the two other flavors. We also never got the chocolate chunk cookie. My fault for not checking the bag I guess, but I knew they were closing soon so I rushed out. With 3 items missing in a transaction, it’s needless to say we won’t be returning back to this location.
I like the guy working at counter in late nights. He understands that its our first time and recommends flavours patiently.

It's Thursday evening. Placed an order at 9:36pm. No word from Insomnia until I called them at 10:24pm. They said they had already sent out the driver for delivery. At 10:36pm, I got a notification on my phone that the driver was out for delivery. At 10:45pm, the cookies were delivered. COLD.It's a six minute drive from the location to my dorm. I get that I can just walk, but I'm busy working on assignments and it's kind of a hassle to suit up for the winter to walk down Tremont at night.EDITED because I hit the center of my Chocolate Chunk cookie and it's UNDERBAKED.

Cookies are very large but mediocre for the 5$ price tag for each one. Cookies were hot but not fresh they were sitting in a heated box which the employee took them out of and boxed up. There is a decent variety and options for ice cream aswell. This location is shady at night as it is located in somewhat of an alley in Boston with bars all around. I wouldn’t say the area is very kid friendly especially at night. If it is during the day Faneuil Hall has plenty of sweet treats and is located about 8 mins away by walking. Staff is very kind and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend trying it more than once unless you’re a huge fan of cookies at late hours.
