Cookies are rock hard and the ice cream is grainy and the flavor is very off and sickeningly sweet. One staff member was polite and helpful but the other twas having an argument with someone and blocking the whole store inside. Very pricey for low quality cookies and ice cream.

Good evening, I work as a delivery person. Every time you come, they give you the last one. In all the restaurants, if you come to the delivery, they give you your money and you leave immediately, but they give you the last one. Everyone who buys, when they finish, they give you their money. This is very wrong, and their treatment is very bad.

Not worth it... $3.00 for a small cookie that is nothing special... Brownie tasted weird. Staff were somewhat friendly but didn't seem to care about anything. We sampled each of the cookies hoping to find redemption but ended up tossing them... Super unimpressed...

Do not order from here. If you have your order delivered to the wrong address, the store does not refund your money or send out the order. Not sure how the driver got 2738 out of 606 but he did.

Cookie was great, came close to closing time so the staff seemed exhausted but still managed a smile when I thanked them! I got the snickerdoodle and it was DELISH!!!
We saw an online promotion for Insomnia Cookies, so we visited the store on 3/6/2025 at 4 PM to ask about it. My friend politely inquired if the offer was available, and the cashier (with long false lashes) vaguely said it was an āonline thingā without clear instructions. When my friend asked if we needed to order online to redeem it, she finally clarified that it was a rewards program.
While my friend was still looking at the menu, she suddenly said, āItās a rewards thing. You canāt just come in and expect free stuff because you asked. Thatās not how it works.ā
I tried to explain that we were just confused and curious about the promotion, but she cut me off, saying rudely, āIām just telling you, if you donāt like how Iām talking, just leave.ā
She seemed really annoyed the whole time. If she dislikes her job that much, maybe she shouldnāt be working there

I come here with my friends and the past 2 times Iāve come here the girls were super nice and service was great. The girls had amazing personalities and made me laugh. However today I went, and the girl with glasses didnāt catch her name , was just taking forever and was holding up her own line. She kept walking to the back, talking to her co workers and then to the front and when my friend ordered she was texting on her phone, she took forever we had 30 mins before our train and it legit took 30 mins for one cookie. Keep in mind people literally left because the wait. And she couldāve said āgive me one secā but she was just yapping with her friends. But the cookie was good

Today 07-02-2025 at 9:05 pm ... I entered this store to pick up my order and it really was the most frustrating and unpleasant experience I have ever had, for 45 minutes I was waiting for my order to be delivered and it was never possible, the cashier was too slow and had no attitude to work, in the kitchen two guys, one sitting in a chair doing nothing, another working at half speed, and another walking around the store not knowing what to do. In total there were 4 guys and the store was full of customers and the service was too slow, what a shame that this company has employees who provide such bad service, only see negative comments about the same thing. Good cookies, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! š¤®š¤¢
