I like the guy working at counter in late nights. He understands that its our first time and recommends flavours patiently.

Attendant told us we had to get out of the store because we are not allowed to eat inside it. The store was completely empty and it was very cold outside.

It's Thursday evening. Placed an order at 9:36pm. No word from Insomnia until I called them at 10:24pm. They said they had already sent out the driver for delivery. At 10:36pm, I got a notification on my phone that the driver was out for delivery. At 10:45pm, the cookies were delivered. COLD.It's a six minute drive from the location to my dorm. I get that I can just walk, but I'm busy working on assignments and it's kind of a hassle to suit up for the winter to walk down Tremont at night.EDITED because I hit the center of my Chocolate Chunk cookie and it's UNDERBAKED.

Cookies are very large but mediocre for the 5$ price tag for each one. Cookies were hot but not fresh they were sitting in a heated box which the employee took them out of and boxed up. There is a decent variety and options for ice cream aswell. This location is shady at night as it is located in somewhat of an alley in Boston with bars all around. I wouldn’t say the area is very kid friendly especially at night. If it is during the day Faneuil Hall has plenty of sweet treats and is located about 8 mins away by walking. Staff is very kind and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend trying it more than once unless you’re a huge fan of cookies at late hours.

Someone at the shop bit into one of the cookies I ordered and placed it beneath all the others. Ordered today 2/3/24. Will never, ever order again. Yuck.

came in looking for a chocolate chip cookie at 12am and they only had three unpopular flavors left. my suggestion is to make the most popular classic cookies until close so people are not disappointed when they go in expecting a damn classic cookie. also stop saving all the good flavors for the effing doordash and uber eats orders. absolute bogus spot. workers were pretty subpar too.

Don't get me wrong, they're open on New Year's Eve and thanks for that. With other people who ordered ahead of time and stood around for an hour after the time it should have been done ended up missing New Year's Eve because they were standing in insomnia cookies. It's not the first snafu I've had at an insomnia, which is the only reason I'll stop to write this

The white chocolate macadamia cookie and the s’more cookie are amazing. Their blondies on ice cream are also a must try!

the cookies were fresh and the service was good. I loved the music in the shop and the prices were good too.

How do you call yourself “insomnia cookies” and close at 1? Makes no sense

Good cookies, however the employee at the register was rude to me and made fun of me in front of my face. I had to say my order twice bc it hadn't been heard in the noisy environment, and he turned to his colleague and said in a sarcastic tone, "He wanted ___, how dare you make him repeat himself." ?????? The same employee also gave me the stink eye when I asked him a simple question about where to get a spoon.

Delivered stale cookies. Hard as a rock, absolutely gross. Also not that big of a deal but the milk was almost expired which is not a great sign.

Granted that this place closes at midnight, so those suffering from the munchies can definitely appreciate this spot. However, when we went, it was kind of a hot mess. There was a creepy homeless guy following us around the street so that made me question my choice in coming here but then there was this long a** line of people and 2 young looking gals working. One was in the back sitting, so I assumed she was on break. The gal at the register was either tired or under the influence because everything people ordered she got wrong. She was yelled at several times by the customers because of orders that she would give out that apparently were wrong. Music was too loud and I'm sure that didn't help. Orders kept coming in, dashers kept coming in, and they had run out of everything and were giving cookies in lieu of brownies and writing apologies on the boxes. It was close to closing time and it just felt super chaotic.I got a cookie (I forget what type) with their millionaire something ice cream. My husband got a peanut butter cup cookie and chocolate milk. Both were okay, nothing that Crumble can't match.

The cookies were great, but the staff was terrible.
