Delicious ice cream, unique and also traditional flavors. Seemed a little high-priced to us out-of-towners, but maybe reasonable for Boston. Three generous scoops were 9.50. Served by kind friendly staff. Small area to eat inside and benches in front on the sidewalk. Close walk from Mass General Hospital and MGH T station.

My family enjoyed the icecream but I ordered a strawberry smoothie. I saw them making the smoothie with iceccream which is not a smoothie that is a milkshake. When I got my drink it tasted like chunky strawberry milk. Smoothies usually have ice and not icecream. Very disappointed that it was not what I ordered. They need to change the menu from strawberry smoothie to strawberry milkshake. DON'T ORDER THE STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE.
Poor customer service. I felt rushed when I was there and the workers were rude when I was trying to clarify a more complicated order for my cousin. They had little patience. Positives are that they were quick and efficient.

Nice location, open fairly late, and solid ice cream, though not the best in boston. Really liked the cookie and coffee flavors. Its clean inside, and there is a bathroom for customers

I guess I’m just an annoying Beacon hill woman who has nothing better to do than write reviews, but the service here absolutely blows my mind. Ashley, the purported manager hung up on me when I called in to tell her that my DoorDash order was wrong. She said if I wanted to place an order and get it “the right way” that I should just come in myself and get it. “ if you don’t want issues with your order then maybe just come in yourself and get it, thanks!” And then she hung up on me. I’m not even mad because I genuinely just feel so bad for where this girl’s life is going to end up. I’m embarrassed for her. They definitely have the mentality that any DoorDash orders can just be whatever they want them to be. They didn’t send me half my order and the remainder of the order they messed up.
I can only guess that the reason the line is at the door is because the staff is untrained. At minimum, maybe just be nice to your customers? Just a thought.
